Glance for Pebble for Android
This is a great app that I've been using for years. However, an issue just cropped up that I can't solve. Namely, the SMS counter won't reset to zero. UPDATE: The problem appears to have been with Messenger. Simply switching the default app to something else and back again cleared the counter.
Does not update weather with original pebble on Droid Moto. Worked fine on my old droid turbo and older droid RAZR. On moto, weather will only update the watch if you manually use the refresh data button. All other functions seem to be ok.
It just stopped working. Stuck on waiting
I use this app instead of Pebble's. This one is much better.
Fun app
Good
On my watch face all the time, find your watch, vibrate when lost Bluetooth, & very customisable, worth editing watch face, takes some time to understand (me dumb) but can end up with your own ideal watch face
Can you please add weather underground as a provider too
I've tried every setting and my weather has not updated for a couple of weeks. My status (on phone) stays yellow.
Lots of useful information, customizable, on this watch face. Occasionally stops updating like other Pebble apps, but perhaps due to Pebble API which fails to re sync app connections after Bluetooth dropouts (?)
Have to stop and start Glance on the watch in order to get an update. Used to work beautifully on my Note 4. Not so much on LG V10 but I can't be sure why.
I've been using Glance ever since I received my first Pebble and it's always been my most used app. Regularly supported with great features!
application making your Pebble much more useful. On HTC One (m7,4g) (5.0.2,6.0,SL2)

Great efficiency easiest way to get the most you can help your pebble

Thank you for supporting this app for so many years now. Keep up the good work.
I just love it....
Some nice features
Loving it!
...on my old phone, but since I have upgraded my phone there seems to be a "link" problem. Whenever I go to a different app on my Pebble, on my return to Glance it does not show data (such as Calendar, etc). I have to dig my phone out, go to Glance on the phone app and force a refresh through the "data refresh" button. A real bug, and one that has stopped me from upgrading to the premium version.
I've really like this app for over two years, but apparently updates have taken a good app to worse. Seems like it just constantly will not sync with reliability. Seems to also mess with other apps causing conflicting such as my golf app. I've stopped using it things work ok. I used to love this app.
This is the one Pebble app I use more than any other and rely on for alarms, messaging, email notifications, and calendar events etc. It works. It's brilliant.
Great compliment to my pebble time steel. Developer is very prompt to answer questions. If you own a pebble buy this app.
Weather wasn't work and now work good. Thanks
Hard to change wallpapers
Awesome app!! Adds to the Pebble! !
This is the best Pebble app... period. LOVE the Tasker integration, SmartTime watchface, weather updating is much faster now and the add-ons are just brilliant.
Having issue it just pops up an error code and it just sits on a waiting screen.

Do a lot more with your pebble watch with ease.
Now that it can only update weather every 2 hours it is no longer helpful for keeping track of weather conditions. I found another Pebble app that updates the weather every 15 minutes. Too bad, it is a very readable watch face otherwise.
Before last update for Glance and the main Pebble app, both worked fine. Now they "tear" the screen so badly that the watch is literally useless. So sorry I updated. :(
I like having the information Glance offers on my wrist. My only objection is that sometimes it just quits updating data on the watch until I go into the app and click through release notes.
Fantastic throwback look with modern enhancements a wonderful app
Very cool! Glace allows various information (including from your Android phone) to be directly displayable on the Pebble Watch (weather, number of unread Emails, number of unread messages, missed calls, etc). Author updates it often (saw a recent update for Pebble OS 4.0). I bought the premium version right away (about the cost of a cup of coffee...cheap!). I found the several provided Pebble programs helpful as they gave me many options of how I wanted Glance to run on my watch (a dedicated multi-purpose Glance app; a Glance watchface; a Glance quicklaunch app). I only recently discovered how to use the editor, and used it to customized the author's SmartTime watchface to suit my needs. Now my watchface looks close to my old jailbroken iPhone's SmartWatch+ watchface...only with a Glance flair and in color (see authors site/gallery for copy). I recommend Glance highly.
Having upgraded from the Pebble Classic (and Canvas for Pebble) to the Pebble Time Steel, Glance for Pebble is a great colour alternative to Canvas for any Pebble Time watch. I would love it, and give 5/5 (instead of 4/5) if this app would allow Fitbit data. So far that's the only thing I'm missing. Keep up the great work!
I really wanted to like the glance app and thought maybe I would get more functionality if I paid the premium price (mainly wanted the analog watchfaces). After paying I realized most of the added functionality comes through paid apps, and the analog faces straight up don't work. Very disappointed.

IMO the reason to have a Pebble is to run Glance. I've been using Glance since I had my original Pebble, then with Time, and now with Pebble 2. Silly me, I've only recently started making my own custom watchfaces. The interface is not GUI, but once you get the idea of laying out the items you want into a grid, it is actually a pretty good system. Finebyte is also updating Glance to keep up with the new watches. Glance already supports displaying steps, heartrate, as well as two-color background images. Background images are a nice way to tweek the look of your custom watchface. Lots of ways to customize the watch to your personal needs. Lots to like about this app.
