Worked fine untill what im assuming was an update now i cant open any letters just get an error message

What a sack of shite this whole system is.

I don't understand why some people actually wonder why it needs to know your location. SO IT CAN SEE YOUR SCHOOLS IDIOTS

It doest work at all I can't read messages and just poor.

Really frustrating. Finally sorted the issued regarding notifications not being sent but now i can't open or view any if the letters that are sent through. Pointless

Latest update has resolved the issue of the app unexpectedly closing upon start, everything back to normal. However, an option should exist where attendance can be viewed as an overall percentage and not just a selected month. Please look in to releasing this as a filter/feature, I've been asking for months. -Galaxy S7 Edge (Android N)

Update: fixed by the latest update. ========= App works ok but I'm unable to open an attachment to a "letter home" (I just get a "parsing error" message)

Has been working fine until now. Just keeps error school's keeps stopping. I really need it now to see when some homework was set.

App doesn't open keeps saying error and closes the app grrr need the app to work again for my 2 daughters as this is the only way their school communicates with parents

This app does not work, just get an error message every time I try to open a letter having to find a pc every time i get a letter is of no use to me ????

The app refused to open its a nightmare.

After 5 months of working fine I now can not open the app getting notifications about letters but I can't read them!

No options to delete old messages or notifications. Epay NEEDS to be added to this ASAP. It feels like you've made this app cause you have to and then have said bollocks to it that'll do let's move on to something that's gonna make us money.

This app is so horrible it will make you want to never use your mobile device again. There is no indication of what does what. There is homework on it from a year ago which is says is overdue... It's bland, it serves little function, doesn't even let you know when knew messages/letters are available, about as useful as a chocolate teapot. I test mobile apps as part of my job and this one wouldn't even get tested properly because it is just that bad I would only need to look at about 2 screens to see this looks like an app project built by a 5 year old. Unfortunately you can't rate under 1 as I would prefer to rate 0.

I tried logging on because I needed to find out my timetable and found out it only does primary schools.

Why waste memory on school stuff give us a bad card and more people will get it.

This is a great app, the low rating must be for version 1.0? Perhaps what is needed is a help button for people who can't figure out how to use it? A one pager could explain everything. Both my little kids are at the same school so I can get info for both. However, my eldest daughter is at a different school, so the points in reviews are valid and should be addressed. I'm hoping this stops all the pieces of paper I get every day in the school bags! !

Messages come through but I get no notification of them despite checking the settings and all notifications being turned on. Have to keep checking app to see if there is anything new...ridiculous!

As an android application enthusiast, I fail to see why you need all of these permissions. I know they are modular however, you might want to consider what you actually only need instead of requesting all of them!

Not really useful when you have more than one child. I guess it would be great to be able to link two accounts and have everything in one place.

I would like to have my daughter on as well who has eschools at her college. I can only install one app though. There must be a way?

Since the update, I can't seem to log in. It keeps saying 'no token'.

No delete option for all the read text information.

This app automatically downloads the profile picture for anyone that messages you, which is incredibly annoying. Please remove this feature.

I'm not getting notifications of any messages etc even though my settings are selected as on, makes the app frustrating as unless people constantly check they won't know they have nessages
