About call2CRM

Make and take calls on your phone as normal, at the end of the call the call2CRM app will add the name of the contact and duration of the call to your CRM online.

If the number dialled isn’t in your CRM then it will get added, either using the name stored in your phone or as a generic ‘new contact’ and a task will be created for you to check the details.

We support Capsule, Highrise, Huspot, Nimble, Salesforce and Zoho CRM's with more in the pipeline.

Premium users also:
- Get the option to write notes about each call
- Be prompted whether you want to add the call details to your CRM (you might not want the boss know you had an hour long call with your wife!)
- Be prompted to save your choice so it’s not asked again, i.e. never add details of calls to your wife to the CRM

Keeping track of calls to and from leads and contacts is vital to my business. Call2crm ensures that I can do this effortlessly, and adding a note to each call is key to making sure I always know what's been said and what I've committed to. The perfect app to give your capsule crm more power. It works on all incoming calls and outgoing calls. The great thing about it is: it just sits in the background so after calls are made or received it asks you if you want to send to crm. It can also new contacts created if not recognized and you can also white-list personal calls so they are never added. The app has a smooth interface and really easy to use.

This app is great. I am currently using the free version. It works on incoming calls as well as outgoing calls. I like the thing that i can look back not only on the call history but also my email history at the same time. Overall outstanding...

So what does it do? Quite simply if you are using Salesforce or Capsule as your management system then you need this app. Basically, when you receive a customer inquiry it searches your Capsule or Salesforce contact list and if that number or contact does not exist it creates one for you. This is all part of the building and analysing that this app will do for you. You can not only store incoming calls but any outgoing calls too, great if the customer didn’t reply or the line was busy. I’m currently using the free version; downloading and installing was very quick and no glitches whatsoever. A very smooth interface and the green background and white font are really easy on the eye with very smooth transition when navigating between screens. I’m eagerly waiting for the developers to make it available for Zoho, but after just a couple of weeks using it with Capsule, I am seriously considering upgrading to the premium version when it is. It’s has helped me so much with the demographics of my calls, mainly inbound, and if I miss a call which I’m sure like any business person does, hates to miss them but this app will save it for you so that you can call them back.

This drops my call records straight into capsule and colleagues can see if I have already returned a call or when I/we last spoke to a contact. The best thing is you can look back over your call history at the same time as your email history as it is all in capsule together.. brilliant!

Great app. Gives your capsule crm more power so all calls are Easily logged against your contacts. It's not invasive, just sits in the background so after calls are made or received it asks you if you want to send to crm. personal calls easily ignored perminantlty. ties in really well in crm too. Links against contact Well and new contacts created if not recognised. a must have for capsule users

Using Capsule CRM I always forget to dial a number from the mobile all, instead I use the contacts list on my phone so its rare for me to add a note to capsule after a call. This app means I will never forget! It also works on incoming calls! The whitelist function means personal calls are never added.
