It simply says sorry our fault try again, ive uninstalled it reinstalled it, it worked until update. Absolute Pants, ee no help either, they just say. Some customers are having problems with update were working on it. According to others & what I've read, they have been saying that all year. Since they launched updated version. Its clearly rubbish, ee go back to old version. Until you've fix it.

This app has transitioned from pointless to a much better place. Device requirements have reverted to an older version as my Nexus 7 can run the app again. Features have improved and finally I've been able to complete the on-line registration process without it freezing on the phone number confirmation screen (perhaps a web app issue).

App constantly fails saying it's our fault. 4yrs as loyal customer and they manage to beat 3 by 1p, thats after 2x 20min calls... I'm spending the extra penny and putting you behind me for ever...

Easy to use, good app but shame I can not get it on my tablet anymore. Take that back just updated done everything it said now won't confirm my mobile number to continue. I had to un install it then reinstall now back to normal.

Edit!! Oops somethings gone wrong! It's our fault! Chocolate fireguard comes to mind!! Wish my t-mobile days of stress free signal etc could return! Ridiculously slow to load on 4g max speed!!! about 30 seconds!! 4g.. What's all that about!????

App Doesn't Work. Constant error messages saying it is EE's fault but never fixed. Gifting would be good if you could actually do it! Very poor.

Earlier I said "It works quite well on my mobile but wont update itself on my tablet... I cant login to the old version so ee, pls help me", but now it updates, so should work now

Yet another update, and after every one you have to log in again, but it's displaying my name and account details! Why on earth do I need to log in again? Every other app updates seemlessly.

Still the same annoying app years later, good app when you eventually manage to get in. I've set up finger print as well as pin login yet when I want to log in it still asks me to enter my password!!! What the hell is the point of setting up finger print and pin logins if you still have to use password as well? Surely this app can not more security conscious than my banking app which I can access by just touching the finger print scanner.

Doesn't work.....I got it to share my data by using the"gift data" and it says error every time. It won't let me add other numbers because it says it doesn't recognize them but that isn't so surprising as it doesn't even recognize my number. And while it constantly tells me that it can't perform certain actions it does (doesn't) do it at an amazingly slow pace. Awfully slow at everything it tries to do. Couple that with the fact it doesn't or can't do it then I would say this app is not worth the 1 start it deserves nothing as it's only useful for telling how much data I've used. Which I can do with the phone much much quicker, more accurate and gives far more info on what and where my data is being used on.

Absolutely useless app, when I log in it says that something has gone wrong and it's their fault. This happens frequently please fix EE

Menu is all over the place most of the screen is wasted with a big tick when it could be displaying information about usage account etc colour screen couldn't be any worse and information that would be useful it's impossible to find like length on contract etc

Keeps telling me my phones rooted! There isn't even a root exploit for this device! Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same messages. You guys gave the trainee code this on the lunch break? A joke of an app.

Well I have to hand it to you ee you've finally done something smarter then other networks with the new data gifting.Absolute superb well done.Love how now I have more control over the app and be g able to swap data around is a huge help.Maybe an idea to give average usage stats over the months would be very helpful for the future.

Nice update, especially the Family feature. Data gifting looks useful since my wife uses very little but my daughters use lots. And being able to turn off data when a daughter (or wife?) misbehaves is going to be REALLY useful. Don't understand the bad reviews as the app works fine on my S7 edge. Actually exceeds my expectations and I am happy to slag off a bad update - ahem - Sonos.

Was 5 stars until the last 2 updates. Now when I try to view anything all I get is "Oops somethings gone wrong and it's our fault" WE KNOW IT'S YOUR FAULT YOU NUMPTIES....DO YOU READ THESE REVIEWS? . Also after installing the update it's just made me log in with email and password again before allowing me to set a pin code. I'm due to upgrade so went to Upgrade Now and it makes me enter email and password AGAIN before the Oops appears. WHY??? Couldn't you at least allow me to view my upgrade options and and only ask for those details if I choose to go ahead with a new contract? But all the above is redundant after the latest update because now I can't see my update options at all. You have such a talent for ruining this app.

Stupid provider ! When I try to register it says confirm number but it's proceeding after that keeps on asking confirm number. As usual junk fellows give scripted reply in support forums. Worst provider
