4GEE Action Cam

The firmware update for 4gee capture cam won't work unless you have an ee SIM in the camera, and you need that to move from the now non existent Skeegle to Facebook live. It will live stream to Facebook very nicely, I just wish I could see what I was shooting in the app, it can't be that difficult surely?

Keeps telling me to update my camera firmware... There is no update so I can't use app... Thanks ee for a pointless update..

Downloaded and installed app but it does not work. Uninstalled and tried again but nothing. It is now 23 April and it still does not work. Has nobody sorted this app out yet? I can load it onto my tablet though.

Well made Hardware. Solid box with waterproof mount and secure holder. Software could do with a rethink but it works OK. Transfer by bluetooth would be a good Idea. Overall I like it alot.

The app is OK. But if I didn't have to use it I wouldn't. I hate EE there Expensive! !

App very sluggish and no longer shows live view! Fix this EE!

It was working for long, I did connect the camera well with my cell phone, but now the camera won't connect no more, why? I can't find the answers no where.

Great cam for diving or on motorbike

App works no issues but WILL NOT LOAD PAST MAIN SCREEN UNLESS YOU ARE CONNECT TO THE CAMERA. I would imagine most of these comment are not camera or software problems but more "user issues".

Loads of people have complained that this application doesn't open past the logo screen, it's been this way for months. People are paying/paid for this camera and cannot use it. EE are thieves and fraudsters.

I'm so 'appy with this!

Loop only works on internal memory. about 17 mins only! If you stop recording for over 10 mins camera goes into auto standby (can't disable this feature) which disconnects wifi from watch making it impossible to remote record without first pressing either button on the camera to wake it up. Pointless using watch if you can reach camera in the first place.

It used to work, now just stuck on opening logo......

As others have stated, the app doesn't seem to get past the splash page at the moment...

Had this app when the camera first launched. Worked fine for months then the camera stopped connecting to my phone. Rang EE they said delete the app an download again. Done that, now it doesn't even load, just stays on the launch screen.

Could do with a feature so you can find the camera via gps if it was mounted on a drone or plane that got lost

Upon connecting the app forces you to change your password. This is fair enough but must I really use every Dam letter symbol and number upper and lower case before I can use my camera!

The app needs more setting as to change the default storage where it downloads the files to on the phone and also download in the background option would be nice. I use a NFC tag to make it easier to switch my phone to the cameras Wifi as it doesn't seem to always connect when I start the app. Saying that a can't fault the camera it's awesome.

Brilliant app only problem is the wind noise on the actually camera it's so loud you can't even hear yourself speak

Really good but any chance of having a function for the sound to be recorded from the phone through a handfree?

Love it to bits. Works so much better then a GoPro.

Impressed with the core functionality of the app, it works seamlessly with the camera, but in the settings/data management section it throws me into a loop. It won't let me access it whilst connected to wifi, so I turn that off only to be met by an error message that says you must be connected to the camera! The same happens if I press the help button.

Couldn't be happier

Seem to get a loading symbol every time I switch different functions. This stays on for ages. Using samsung s5 can't even back out as thus just closes the application altogether.
