Domino's Pizza

It never works to pay with PayPal. If I try to order a previous order it doesn't work out that it is a deal so I have to poor the order in again every single time. Please sort it out.

Messed up my order they put it as a collection instead of a delivery then said they was making me fresh ones just to give me reheated pizzas not happy at all

Can't actually order anything. Due to an image saying "dip it while it's hot" won't let me go further!

Disclaimer [This app is a health issue waiting to happen, I can sit on my arse and just order pizza and brownies strait to my door] It's fast and easy to use.

Slow and jerky app, menu just shows picture and makes you click to see what the bloody toppings are.

The app works well. Unfortunately, the service from the store is appalling so I won't be needing it anymore. Uninstalled.

Great app. Much improved from many years ago. Easy to use and my order has always been correct, on time and hot. No issues please keep up the good work

Sometimes messages show as being in the inbox but when you go to read them it says it's empty

I love it, makes ordering so easy for me and love that you can alter your toppings etc especially as I'm pregnant and craving weird things lol

Always fast and they have never got my order wrong best pizza out there so don't need just eat app download Domino's

Absolutely rubbish, won't even let me look at the menu because my local store is closed

Hit and miss - often can just stop working and loses the order that was in the basket

Straight forward, remembers previous orders and addresses, good deals and the tracker is really accurate (for my local Domino's, anyway). The app has a PayPal option, which is great.

Newest update is a lot more user friendly and you can now opt to pay by cash instead, which I wasn't able to do in the past!

So easy to use. And you can pay super easily. Sometimes it's hard to find the pay on delivery button, but I really like this app. It's so good. :)

Great for impromptu evening where you can't be bothered to cook and will just feel guilty cheating on the diet in the morning but it will be on a full stomach so you'll be happy

Easy to use set up. Remembers all my details making things fast and easy. For anyone who loves dominos. Changed to 3 star as iv odered multipul times now and the app doesnt registed things such as deliver/collection or delivery specific times. If i order for 18:15 i do it for a reason not just for the hell of it.

It doesn't work at all on Android. Yeah sure, you can can select what pizzas you want but you can't order them. Once selected you can't go any further with your order. Useless Dominos, USELESS!!!!

Easy to use but no option that i can find for feedback after an order. Having had mistakes in my delivery on quite a few occasions id like the opportunity to raise this but cant find it on the app anywhere. If I wanted to call the store i wouldnt be using the app.

It's good but the drinks menu should give you the option to take away a drink instead of going to checkout to take it away and also, when I spend £40 or more. The voucher doesn't work.. is this is scam?

Needs Completion. Does not give a discount code submission link, you can only select pre-arranged codes for the app. It is ambiguous when pressing "place order and pay" button when it will actually process the transaction - the button takes you through at least one other screen before actually paying. The pizza tracker does not consistently update you on delivery progress even when this option is selected, eventually for one order I had to manually update the tracker screen. I was in an area with no signal but WiFi so I missed the delivery, and had to accept the pizza colder and later than I was hoping - to no fault of the franchise or drivers.

It's ok, but it's bigger than most games. The website is terrible on mobile so you have to use the app, so you have to wait for it to download and install because of the size. Then uninstall it because it's so big (I think to myself big apps haven't been optimised, and therefore will run in the background, wasting battery and possibly data). So yeah. It's ok. It works. But it's massive for something that the website should be able to do.... It's around twice the size of Google maps, which does a lot more than just show me pizza...

Ordered using the app and payed for order thinking will be quick n easy. Only to find out it's been sent to a store that's a 20min drive!! So after going to my local outlet I the had to drive half n hour to get my food. Upon arriving and explaining the apps mistake the girl behind the counter couldn't say anything (tbh I don't think she understood English very well) Would not recommend the app to anyone.

No option for special requests such as allergies, so if I'm allergic to nuts I just have to hope my food is prepared safely? Fix this ASAP

Mostly good. Main issue I have is that is I select a previous order I dont get the deal price and have to build exactly the same order all over again. This is very very annoying.

Payment should allow cash on collection. Paying via app is now rubbish

App is terrible!!! To change your address your whole order is automatically deleted and if you exit out of the app by accident your order is again automatically deleted. Took 5 trys to actually oreder i was so close to calling it quites, but I'm hungover and that wasn't an option! Expected more from dominoes having tried the app for the first time I was not impressed ???? to say it goes against that rep of yours

I love it. I order every week I usually pay cash. It's really easy when your not sure what you want and can check to see if there is a deal on which might be just what I'm looking for.

Doesn't work anymore. When I try to order a picture of a dip comes up saying 'Dip it while it's hot...' and I can't proceed. Pretty much useless now.

Not accurate. Was told it was ready to pick up but they hadn't even started when arrived. Pointless waiting around

Was great until a few updates ago, now it just keeps returning to the login screen. Very frustrating.

When you compare this to the diabolical apps run by competitors it's a breath of fresh air! Easy to use, concise and actually works

friendly app. I like the tracker idea. unlike the website you have to add the offers manually which can make people lose out on savings

Used the app many times all over the UK, for both pick up and delivery orders. Never had a problem but the interface can be a little confusing at times so care needs to be taken at the checkout before ordering.

OK - crashes occasionally. Use it regularly.

Ordered from this app many times. Very easy and convenient. Especially when you don't feel like cooking when you get home.

Better and more user friendly. Bit annoyed that cheese to low fat cheese is now classed as a topping swap though bit of a cheek!

Not used the app for a few years. The last app was really poor. This one is great!! :)
