My Notting Hill

I can access the rent payment details but cannot contact anyone. Even the link to the website does not work! My housing officer hasn't replied to my repair request so thought I'd tried using the App. Nothing. Can't pay via the app either!

App keeps saying "Service Not Available" so we can't check balances or anything else and the website login also doesn't show the latest statement balance either. Don't really understand why such a simple app just doesn't work.

When it works it's great. Ive come to rely on it, but for the last couple of weeks it keeps saying service unavailable and i xant contact anyine through the app. Please fix it that would be very helpful.

Used to work ok. I could check my balance. Now I can't even login. It says it isn't currently available.

Itz not working

Since the recent "upgrade" it's gone completely wrong. It tells you the incorrect account balance so you think you owe money when you don't. Totally misleading & useless. Bit of a con really. Can't even get the most simplest of apps right.. lol

It hasn't worked for weeks now. It keeps coming up 'Unfortunately my Notting hill has stopped working '

Simply useless. Absolutely dreadful. Unimaginable stupidity...I could go on

This app is useless like the staff that workforce them

My 9 year old could do a better job at writing an app. What does this app really do other than show my own details. If I lost my memory, then maybe this app would help remind me who I really am. NHHG is an unprofessional organisation with lazy and uninterested employees. Their app is yet another way to prove it.

Thought this app was would be a good facilitator. Instead a little child can do a better job... Not a user friendly... Not easy even to put your DOB... This really is not a pro app.

What is my reference? Is there not a simpler way to enter date of birth without physically tapping the back key a few hundred times? I'm going to uninstall it. Not user friendly at all

Like others, I was unsure what reference was required as it is not clear. Now I am set up all I can see is my rent account which I pay by direct debit. It would be much more useful to see what is accruing on the sundry account. Also, closing the app using task manager seems a bit lazy by the app developers. Definitely will be uninstalled in the hope that in the future a this will develop into useful app.

Had problems registering but after contacting NHHO, got it sorted as they didn't have all my info. I installed because I was having problems with the website. Unfortunately this app does not show my sundry account so couldn't use it. Only shows the rent account. Will try to pay my rent with it next month to see if it's easier than the website.

If this housing department listened to their tenants this particular tenant wouldn't have to put up with outrageous and obscene accusations.

I am shocked , despite all the bad comments about the app,I thought Notting Hill will chip in to reassure their customers that an amazing and improved app is on the horizon soon!!!

I wanted to use this app on my phone I have it on my tablet but it won't take my rent payment so I thought I would try on another android device every time I try to register on this other device it won't let me it says I am invalid this is a terrible app they need to get there act together Notting Hill Housing seems to be behind the times also it only allows payment by paypoint which a lot of devices don't seem to recognise come on Notting Hill SORT IT OUT

Once you do manage to get into it after numerous 'App not available' alerts...there is not much to like about it. I dont understand why in payment options it just has a paypoint sign and thats it. I want to use my debit card to pay...no instructions in payments...nothing! I will delete and stay with the old way of logging in on website.

There's a repair section but no way for submitting a new repair request. Also there's no form for enquiries to your housing officer, just a generic email buried in the settings section.

What reference do you want it's not stated? No good sending me a text and encourage me to get the app and not explain exactly what you need to do?

Crashes when I try to update my details, has no way to submit request for repairs, and doesn't show current requests. What's the point?

Can't register online 404 message. So the app is useless

Still need to update a way to contact regarding repairs . But apart from that soo far soo good

You have to force it to shut down

Love the idea of checking my balance on the go and reporting any repairs.
