Documotive Customer App

Features include the ability for customers to log a repair, pay their rent, get a paperless statement of service charges and rent transactions, log a complaint, report ASB, send you a compliment, access the key contact information, see key events.

When used in conjunction with the form module it is possible for you to publish customer facing forms for a range of services that will provide easy to use drop down options meaning that tasks can be automated to raise workflows or raise cases seamlessly upon the completion of a form. The same forms can also be published to your web portal and/or customer contact teams thus providing a secure and easy way to deliver consistent service.

The app can be customised with your logo and colours and will be advertised as your organisations app available to download from the app stores.

This app does much more than just send emails, it will link to workflows to provide seamless customer service.

The Documotive Customer App is a new innovative social housing App for residents to access the balance of their rent account, make a payment, view repairs and report issues. As part of reporting a repair, tenants can also attach several media types such as images, audio, video and confirm their availability for the appointment to be undertaken.
