I had my call put through to a completely random number at least 3 times a few days ago. It's been months now since I have to try at least 5 freaking calls until my mom can finally hear me!!! Of course I get charged every time!! It takes bloody ages until the call connects and I've had enough of you!! I've paid for this service at least about £80 every year and the service was fine, but now it's absolute shite!! I will go somewhere else, try a few others. There must be better options out there!!
