CollectPlus: parcels made easy

Bit clunky in places, UI stutters a bit and location finding either via phone or postcode entry didn't work. But, it's better than using the Internet site and the scanning function is cool. Bit of polish and it's 5 stars.

Useful for information, useless for finding your nearest Collect+ location. Apparently I live in London! Freezes when you select Show All Stores and then try to scroll through the list.

It's a good start, but needs a lot of work... as so little actually works and runs a little slow even on decent mobile device ???? / Devices: OnePlus 3T and 5 with LineageOS ????

Having given permission for location access I apparently moved 100 miles to central London. There are no places to send from ????? ( Less than a mile away). Scan.... Not a hope!

Absolutely shite, just says take to store. What store or where!

Clunky and unresponsive at the best of times, this app look easy on the eye but its distinctly unfriendly UI lets it down big time. The actual information needs seriously updating, too. Shame really as it had so much promise.

Very fast tracking, and has helped in one or two disputes.

Useful, but don't use the scanner As that does not work input the code manually.

This is a great app. So easy to use, i can scan my collectplus barcodes and track sending and returns so easily. I love the location store finder too. Brilliant.

This is a waste app. it ment to help me to track my order from asos with is a due from last week but it doesn't seem to working .

Great app, can see that my parcel has been collected and it's journey back to the retailer, gives peace of mind, love it!

What's the point having the login and check status when you do not provide a delivery date....

Can only send to businesses in their database. No good for eBay or Amazon marketplace returns.

Won't scan a bar code. Says Android camera encountered a problem. Pointless. I can track it online.

You can't link eBay post parcels so what's the point and u need to login everytime very annoying app

Easy to use

I love using this company for delivering my parcels. The app for the most part is well written, but it needs a way to keep you signed in for the two extra stars, find myself using stored hyperlinks to check on my parcels as it is quicker than re-entering my password several times a day. Look into the biometrics perhaps?? A dodgy looking news agent? If you were giving it to the supermarket, you'd be paying a lot more! Useless for ebay? Totally disagree! Perfect for ebay! No waiting on someone coming pickup!

Though the idea in principle sounds inviting, do you really want your valuables to be delivered to some dodgy looking newsagent? Why don't they give you locations like a well known supermarket like Tesco or Sainsbury's?

Useless for eBay parcels and now I'm stuck with it as there is no uninstall button!!! Not happy

UI is excellent and responsive. Maybe do something about the login time but other the that, brilliant.
