The app worked well for a while but now crashes as soon as it's opened. The developers haven't replied to email email so I've cancelled my subscription. Not worth the money

Great app and very good value for money BUT, I've never been able to actually use it, after i paid the subscription something come up, i couldn't log in anymore, i literally found myself at the restaurant looking like an idiot because i couldn't log in. I had dinner there anyway but no discount! Obviously the next day i contact the costumer service, all this appened about 3 months a go, the first answer from them was 3 weeks after my mail, and at today 3 months later still no one has been able to solve my issue. That's ridiculous!!!

I use this app all the time - family dinners, date night, outing with friends. My favorite deal has by far been for Cafe Monico - I go there all the time now! You earn the £12 fee back after the first use and it's definitely worth it. Bars, restaurants, bowling, gyms all on there! So good!

Great idea, but after paying, and being approved, and using the app, it still asks me to subscribe again. Not worth paying £12 every time I want to use it. There's no login or way of getting past the paywall, it just demands more money - which is frustrating when I'm also trying to pay for a meal...

Can't log in. The app is asking me to subscribe again. Not even an option to contact anyone in case of issues ** Thanks Will for solving the issue**

Very buggy app, and now asking me to subscribe again after the latest update. Even when it 'worked' it would constantly jump back to the log in screen, making you navigate all the way back to the deal/code every time you left the app. Good deals are available and I've enjoyed the restaurants but the app really needs work. Edit to add: Will's customer service is excellent. He quickly helped to resolve issues with accessing my subscription, and was cheerful and pleasant throughout (even when I was getting crabby). Hopefully future updates can bring the quality in line with the quality of customer care.

Amazing discounts on a lot of great restaurants from casual all the way up to 2 michelin star (maybe there is a 3 star that I haven't discovered yet). Anyway, after my first use I had already saved the cost of the app and continued to use it at many places in London. If you like going out to eat and love a bargain, you must get this. Recently had a problem with the latest update which I believe affected multiple users. However, upon contacting support, I was given an easy fix that worked perfectly. The support was second to none and in all honesty I wish all support teams were this good!!

I think this is a great deal and tbh don't actually mind the service fee that much. The £12 I paid for the service I more than made back by using the discount once. Thing is I can't even use the app anymore because it crashes immediately.
