Tasker plugin for Harmony

As mentioned by others the plugin gets out of sync with the hub. This is not a result of Nougat 's power save mode as I have the app in my exclude list. Pressing the sync with hub button in the app fixes the issue. If the sync can be added as an action I can sit before sending a command, so I can be confident commands will always be received, I would give this 5 stars.

Works but needs 'stop activity' command type and the ability to send individual commands to home automation devices. Harmony controls my caseta lights, and I'd like to have granular control of the dimming using 'send command.' right now I can only start scenes which is insufficient because I cannot stop the scene programmatically. Still quite useful for what it can do.

Was so hopefull. Tested for 3 days side by side with the other plugin Hormony ultimate with all optimization removed and Harmony ultimate plugin is more reliable. The UI isn't as good but it works more of the time. Also I got charged twice when I reinstalled the app to see if it would work better the 2nd install.

Currently broken on Android O! Unreliable, sometimes just doesn't do anything. Optimisation/dose disabled for Tasker, this, and Harmony, but probably only works 50 percent of the time. Needs an update!

Same as the others have reviewed, it lost sync on its own and requires manual sync. I have 3 hubs and it's a pain and not really usable. Could have been so useful. On nougat.

Works great with AutoVoice to give me voice commands for my PVR that Logitech has yet to integrate with Google Home. I've been using this plug-in for a couple of weeks now and I haven't had any sync issues as mentioned in other reviews. My luck...

As other's mentioned, it loses the connection with hub often. It may be the problem with the design of hub interface but once i manually sync the hub it works great for a while. I suggest the developer of this (otherwise great) plugin to give a hook to call this "sync with hub" action from tasker itself or atleast give a widget for the same button.

Please keep up the Great work. You made my life better. I can control my system from my pebble watch or voice. Update: No longer working, sent email to dev. I cannot connect to Hub anymore with credentials.

Excellent app. It definitely makes the Harmony hub more useful

When it works it works well. I've had it stop then start again but don't know what the trigger is. One thing it really needs is a way to query what activity (or none) is currently running to avoid sending commands based on if something is already active or not.

Great app! Having fun pairing this up with voice commands :) Any chance we'll be getting home device control options? I'd love to have tasker turn my lights on/off.

The BEST Harmony plug-in! The app is well designed and has allowed me to design an Android Harmony app that looks like I want it to and does what I want it to. Ever try sending a sequence of commands with the Harmony app? The only way to do it is with a gesture. With Tim's plug-in, I can designate a button on a Tasker scene to send that sequence. Tim's also been very responsive to suggestions. He clearly wants this to be the BEST Harmony plug-in for Tasker ... and he's succeeded.

Works great. Necessary plugin for tasker users with a Harmony device. Certainly worth the fair price. Keep up the great work.

Had an issue authenticating, emailed the developer, he got back to me within a few hours and had a solution for me shortly after.

Kudos to the developer! Far more functional than the (now defunct) alternative. I would pay even more to make sure it stays updated. Thanks again!
