Helpful and app has some useful features over the main site. However, it would be very very useful to be able to hide profiles from your searches. At the moment you can only block them but they still show on searches. I don't need to block, but I waste so much time viewing the same profiles I have already decided against. Would be 5 stars with this.

Like this app but now have to try and find someone to do my certificates to add to my account as mine has warning signs which didn't have before. .even though all my certificates are up to date. .very unhappy as not very computer literate. .

The app is very easy to use and generally great. The search features could be improved so as to always go back to the list of searchees even when we messaged one of them so as not to have to start the search again.

The site is great but the app is a pain. It doesn't exit with any number of presses of the back button or an option to exit the app. It needs a home page of some sort. It keeps sending me onto profiles of people I've viewed. They'll be getting annoyed by notifications. I'm getting messages from childminders to tell me they don't do babysitting because their profiles came up in my search and I looked at them. Now it keeps sending me back to profiles I've viewed. Much easier service to use in a web browser.

Have most of my customers from this app. Sometimes i search and put in my post code and my settong will not come up until the third or 4th page. But like I say parents have found me as a minder and I am very happy with the service received for a good price of promo £10 a month. Brilliant! Only reason I've given 4* is because I can't update the annual at reduced promo which I didn't initially understand. Office gives good help. Recommend for professionals as well as parents.

Childcare.co.uk is an amazing tool to use as a child minder. There's loads of free policies, help & advice. The added bonus liability insurance & easy messaging.

I am unable to create an account, I keep receiving a message stating my postcode is of incorrect format.

Love this app, invaluable for a childminder like myself. I get notified of messages etc and almost all my business has come from it!!

Does exactly what it says, only reccomendation I'd make is that parents have to fill in more criteria to be able to submit it,e.g, area, days and times, a yes of children

Parents lists their requirements. I just scroll through and see best fits. Notifications of who's viewed my profile, parents check favourites so much more....... brilliant convenient app. Does all the work for you. Great for all who uses it.......

I love the way I get a message when someone ready my profile. The whole package is great with insurance, paperwork files and great way to advertise.

Love this app keeps me informed of Parents who need Childcare.I get emails straight away which is fab.

Everytime I fill in 'About me' or something else then save it, I go back and it's been deleted? How do I save it without it getting deleted?

Simple and easy to use and the helpdesk is fast! Youd get five stars from me if the distance wasnt measured "as the crow flies" and it was measured via roads or at least there was an option to do it that way. I get parents contact me that look like they are 2 miles away and end up being 5 or 6 which is very frustrating. Would love it as well if training could be in app format. I hate switching on my pc to do it! Apart from that...great user interface and well put together! Good job!
