Diabetes Tracker with Graphs

Whenever you take a blood sugar reading, just add the reading value and the date / time to this app. You can then see all past readings. This app aims to provide an easy way to keep track of blood sugar information for people who suffer from diabetes, but it should only be used as a tool. Please seek medical advice before making any changes that might impact your diabetes.
