It works but is painful to use. Browsing activities is annoying as you have to drill down to a time and then find out its not available! It's like going back in time to a website from the 90s for a small business. Really should do better. Plus as others have said the map is totally rubbish.

Does the job OK. Shame it won't show where you are on the map to help find your way around. Bit slow. I couldn't book activities on it for some reason. When I clicked on view availability nothing happened. If centreparcs want to improve it they should take a look at the MyDisneyExperience app.

Having read some of the previous reviews, I wasn't expecting much. But I felt it could be useful to help me manage the activities of our party of 7. I'm quite used to using apps for events, and wanted to give it a go. Really pleased that I did. Coupled with the wifi that seemed to be everywhere, it was a great help. It worked every time, and really added to our holiday. I rarely review apps, but wanted to balance out the criticism that I feel (on my experience ) is unwarranted.

Hi there I've booked a break in September and wish to add activities. When trying to link my booking it won't give me any dates past August. Do you know if this will be updated and when as I'd like to sort out booking activities sooner rather than later and miss out on anything. Please advise. Regards Craig

App mostly unusable for the last week. Either completely offline with no information on bookings or available with constant error messages. Not sure how it can take more than a week to fix. I've tried uninstalling then reinstalling before. Tried again but same result. Works first time but after that back to same error.

Whilst I agree that Center Parcs breaks are very expensive, I suppose they will say you don't have to go there but for those that do, the app should be far better. For a start, when I log in to the app the first thing I should see is the details of my booking including lodge name and number, start date of my break, times during which I can drive my vehicle onto the site for unloading and time I can access my lodge. (I should not have to go to the FAQs for that Information). On the same page I should also be able to see my departure date, times I can access the site with my vehicle for loading and time by which I must vacate my lodge. Secondly, the map is a good idea but the lodge I have booked for my stay should be indicated on the map. On site direction signs are ok but if you really wanted to impress, the ability to enter my lodge name and number into the map and then be given voice directions to my lodge as I walk........ ok....... too optimistic but everything before that is not.

Really helpful ap. Easy to use map, automatically adds you activities booked before arrival as well as last minute ones we booked while here. And was really easy to cancel an unwanted activity too, just had to click cancel activity and job done. Couldnt ask for more.

I've entered the correct booking number and date about 20 times and the app doesn't make the link... Also is very slow and can't seem to handle basic tasks. No on app support that works.

First of all this app clearly isn't ready for release. It's controls are poorly presented as well as cumbersome and unresponsive. After entering my reference number and date, the app refuses to connect saying there's no internet connection. Interesting how its the same connection I just used to download the app in the first place. Didn't work over WiFi or 4g. Again, I would strongly consider pulling this app, and spend more time on the development, testing and user experience before it ruins your brand.

The App is useful if you just want to keep a record of your bookings with you and the village info is helpful. However, it is missing most of the functionality we take for granted in the latest Apps.

I think that the app is great because you don't have to go on the laptop the whole time you can just get your phone out and with a few taps your in and you can start to book your next break. I love Center Parcs I think it is the best holiday place in England and maybe even the whole world but I think that there should be a count down to your next break so you know how many days you have got left until you go! It would be so exciting for the kids.

It seems incapable of remembering our booking date. Bookings made face to face are not included. The map is not easy to control.

Got this app as my pc broke 2 weeks befor our brake thinking I could do online check in you can't (the one thing that would be of most use befor you arive) and it's realy long winded to book activities, think il have to ring them insted at least the app gives you a phone number

Continuously says I have no internet connection, when I clearly have! I am at Woburn, if that helps the developers narrow down the issue.

I could check my itenary which is good. and search for activities to book... So long as I know what category they are in. I couldn't book them though as the payment part didn't work. But my partner with an iPhone could see the shopping basket and complete the booking. The park map is just a picture of a paper map which you can pinch zoom. Better than nothing but it could have been gps enabled and have markers for your lodge location and the location of your booked activities etc. AND YOUR POSITION!

On a very basic level, it does the job, but WHAT a painful experience. Whoever concocted this app should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves as should Center Parcs!

Often says you may have lost signal when I haven't but also more annoyingly we have booked activities but they don't show on the app anymore (they did initially) but are booked and do show on the website. This makes the app kind of pointless. Needs much improvement.

I'm sitting in Center Parcs Elveden and the app will not let me input my booking reference to use the it. Totally pointless!

After putting booking ref in and date it won't log in tyres uninstalling a couple of times and really installing still won't log me in not very good

I'm not quite sure why this is rated so poorly, it is very easy to view all your bookings, and to book in new activities. Perfect.

This app is probably the worst I have ever used. To say that this app is being promoted on the back of all your new leaflets etc it is terrible. The app is really really slow and unusable, it looks like it was developed 10 years ago. This app needs a complete overhaul with new design and better optimisations. Please hurry... where coming soon!

We go to CP a few times a year, but I have to uninstall it each time to get it to forget my details of the previous trip. It's quite a clumsy app too, looks under invested in for an organisation that receives so much money per vacation and activity.

App is using system menus with a design similar to early version of Android which makes it seem unprofessional and not fluid. As if this wasn't bad enough it is very clunky. Everything moves so slowly or at the right pace but it is like a slideshow with -5 frames per second. The Base is there but the usability is terrible.

It's stuck on the Loading... page with a spinning wheel. I'm sure you have the logs but you should have an error report at 15:53 UK time,. Samsung SM-G930F Build/MMB29K Galaxy S7

Based on the inflated prices of a center parcs holiday, you would think they could afford to pay someone to design an app that works! Life's too short to wait for this app to load

Ok for checking itinerary, otherwise just like the accommodation seems a bit dated. Can't book anything on it as payment section doesn't work. Amazingly for Center Parcs it's free.

This version is faster, tidier and more useful.

Good app that shows where your lodge is and all your booked activities. Still needs work on booking activities on how you filter through to get an activity you'd like to book. Not always obvious on how to get climbing for example is it an indoor sport or excercise? Other than that it's very good.

Crashes constantly following recent update, tried uninstalling and re-installing, but same issue: get to the pop up screens to scroll to select and it fails mid booking. Really love the idea of the App, it just needs to work!

Recently stayed at Longleat Forest of CenterParc and had worst experience regarding villa, constantly leaking and despite of being fixed it never stopped and whole bedroom became wet. No room service came to attend and guest service didn't take notice of the same so beware before booking.

I was struggling to use the app sure to the scrolling issue and a couple of other issues but since the last update the app has been brilliant... Brilliant way to access your itinerary and I like the map.

After taking a few attempts to recognise my booking, it eventually did. However, after using the map, or any other interaction for that matter, it crashes. It's a shame, as could be a really useful tool, especially if you've not visited before.

Centre Parcs has been an incredible holiday with high quality all throughout the break. This app however feels like it doesn't live up to Centre Parcs standards. Useful but frustrating to use

The app is very slow to load and you can't scroll down on pages to view more text. Also some of locations for events is incorrect. It is handy to have to view your itinerary and when the map works to navigate the Parc.
