Start Bodyweight for Android
Doesn't tell you how long to rest between sets.
Best app for fitness
I've selected which variation of push ups but it doesn't show up when doing the workout, also could you add in a section for the warmup. Otherwise great.
This is like the bible of bodyweight exercise progressions. I have been searching for this for years.
I have been using the startbodyweight training routine for awhile so when I opened this up i thought i had a real great potential assistant. Setting up my levels was really nice but when it came down to actually working out the app left much to be desired. Great setup, work on the actual workout though
Are there some refinements that could be made? Sure. Does this do a decent job of keeping track of things? Absolutely. The best feature (for me) is "Level X/528", way to keep me working to move up that ladder!
Needs some refinement though. Doesn't remember current work out if you switch pages, not intuitive about success/fail/move up, and it's difficult to make the help image go away, and if you make the mistake of pressing back to make it go away, it actually goes back in the app, loses your progress, and the image doesn't go anywhere.
Free and valuable, best bodyweight program I have found so far.
Love this app for tracking start bodyweight programme. But the workout list only shows 7 exercises when you click 'start workout'
This is the best app ever. I have lost 48 pounds since downloading. Mildly recommended
First issue: the text for the plank is obscured. This makes it impossible to complete the work out because I cannot select whether the plank set was a success. Second issue: When I set level and hit done, it takes be back to the beginning of the set level process. Because it does not let me finish the set level process, the app won't let me start the workout. It turns out I didn't fill in one of the questions. It didn't not tell me which.
Yea, liked the app, 5 stars, could make the scrolling exercise & sets windows a but bigger ..

I was really excited to see this app, but not sure if I'm going to use it. The biggest issue I have, is it doesn't track reps done for each set. So you have to remember what you did last workout. Example: Were my reps 5/4/4 or 5/5/4 for push-ups last workout? You can only select 3x4, 3x5, etc. If this track each rep and updated for the next workout, I would use this in a heartbeat!!! Second thing is a usability issue. I do not like the spinner type selection. It would function a lot easier if a drop down selection was used. I think this is great start and I may end up using it. It is easier than other apps and it made specifically for the StartBodyweight workout. Just on the fence at the moment...
