First time user. Accepted about 60% of 250 scanned CDs and then advised me a postage label would be emailed to me. Still no sign of this and I've emailed Customer Services 3 times without reply. Don't normally bother reviewing Apps but worth a try to get a response

Don't waste your time! I had 24 items accepted. Was given a date in which a courier was going to pick it up. Waited in all day for the courier. No one showed up. Waste of an annual leave day. Thanks Ziffit.

Don't bother with this. I sent stuff off recently in perfect condition then they said it was scratched dvd and game so couldn't get them back and no money from it. I got no proof that's how they "received it" As it was in thier "terms and conditions" not to return my goods they weren't going to pay for. There was no issues with the dvd or game. Spoke to customer services and was not much help just read their script.

Absolutely terrible! Kept arranging for collection and the service didn't show up! Customer service is not helpful at all asking you to confirm the same details again and again!

The app seems to have improved alot. I have been using ziffit for a while and the speed with which it scans the barcode is much quicker. My only gripe is that I scanned a load of books which were all accepted, I when off the app for about 5 mins to answer a call and the basket had emptied and 1 book was not accepted the second time I scanned them. I haven't even had a problem with couriers as a few of the recent reviews say. I have always taken the box to a collection point. I hope this is still an option

Great concept, but out of the piles of books I had only a few were accepted. The rest were not wanted. A complete waste of time

Told me that one box set CD was missing when it most certainly wasn't. This happened to be the most valuable item as well. Beware of this outfit, customer service worse than poor as well.

Posted my stuff over on 2 and 10th October and still not been paid in the bank £130.53 Maggie pays you on time and fast unlike this site.Rip off Britain needs look into this site

Really need to sort your app out so oooo frustrating. You scan 1 then another it stores 1 book if u do multiple books it doesn't accept them. Scan 1 save it go to account trade history then move back to basket one by one. Now I had 7 books saved in my history when I go to move the books over it only seems to have one book in the basket. Please sort out the app!!!!!!! ????????. I'm not talking about the prices what I'm saying is it would be great if you can scan the items in one go rather than scan one then save it and keep repeating the process.

Better prices than music magpie! Took £30 from my music magpie order and I got £88 On ziffit. Very happy. Though they don't accept as much I still ended up with more.

It only accepted about 5-10% of all my books and CD's but it was a quick a painless process scanning them, plus a few surprises what a few were worth. Good coms on receiving and processing my items, it took nearly two weeks for the funds to be transferred via Paypal, but the full amount with no deductions. So 10/10.

Rip off. Accepted four out oof twenty books and offered less than £2 for the lot. I agree with the rest of the comments DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM

Won't accept the majority of film titles in collection of the last 15 to 20 years. Accepted 2 out of 20 and that was using the number pad, scanner carries a fault and crashes.

I have used Ziffit website, but am disappointed with the app. It doesn't save books added. You need to add all together, can't do it in batches. It's very limited - stick to website!

This app is completely useless, utterly disappointing, non of my stuff's are accepted just because they were a year or 2 old, I even tried barcoding my PS3 and it says " we cannot accept this at this moment ", wth?? Do u want me to sell u products that I just bought a week ago?

Have been using for some time now and can't really fault them only problem is that you can't save items over a number of days as they change prices daily so have to sell items there and then

Scanner is good, works well but after scanning 20+ items, books, dvds, cds old and not so old, only 3 accepted as waste of time.

Works OK until you come to complete the trade then it loses everything and the trade is lost. Don't bother

The scanner is very poor even in normal light and out of all my dvds only accepted 4 and they are good condition but you do pay better than magpie

Out of 300 dvds it accepted 4! Utter utter waste of time.

Rubbish how can a company not take 1 dvd from 200 scanned

Seems to work well enough including the scanner but items are totalled very quickly meaning sometimes you have to open the basket to check what the last item was worth, also if you "save" items you listed for later you can't access it on the app and have to open your account on a laptop to find the saved basket!? Update! This app especially the scanner is very good. Eventually found my saved basket although the online chat person advised opening my account on a computer .....anyways, DO NOT save items you've scanned anyway as they'll still be there when you come back and won't be liable to be cancelled once you've sent them cos their saleable status has changed!! The last box I sent had one CD refused because of this and it won't be sent back to me! Unsaved item offers are good for 6 months (or something).

I did a box load a couple of months ago but didn't get around to sending it, 100 or so DVD's. Redoing them today and it's accepted 10 out of the 100. Makes no sense. Gonna have to use music magpie unfortunately despite them not offering as much

The app is really fast and scans in low light conditions. Compared to similar apps e.g. Music Magpie it is very good. Ziffit are a little fussy over what they do/don't take but they offer good money for what they accept.

Total waste of time and effort. Scanned over 200 DVDs and all but 2 were rejected by Ziffit. If you don't buy DVDs then what's the point of you? I'll await your "cut and paste" reply.

Dosent accept alot of recent dvds out of the 100 I scanned only 15 were accepted at 44p terrible company

Out of the 24 DVDs I had, only four were accepted. These weren't even obscure, out-of-print copies either - mostly animated films bought only a few years ago.

App works well. Would appreciate it if you would update the App to accept the offer codes you send out via App notifications rather than revert to the website.

Not all items accepted, but enough to make it worthwhile. Will just go to another provider to see if they'll take the rest.
