Don't get any feedback from reports. Tried a second time to report something and still nothing.

Could the map at the start of a report have an option to be independent of my current location please. I saw an issue earlier this other day while I was rushing to catch a train. So when I later tried to create a report whilst on the train, the map set my current location (on a moving train) as the location of the issue. Except it wasn't. The train was about 6 miles away from the location of the issue by the time I tried to make a report. Imagine how confusing it is when Wigan Council tries to understand the issue I'm reporting. I was of the opinion that perhaps I should be allowed to select any location on the map myself, independent of my current location. Thank you.
