4) Submit

Waste of time as would not work. Trying to report potholes, dont think they really want to know....hence rubbish app!!

The biggest issue is Thurrock Council being incredibly slow or completely unresponsive to the reports. I have still had to telephone them to get things done even though I have used the reportit app. Also I don't seem to be able to see any of the photos I send using the app. Is this a glitch? So it's a great idea but such ashame that the council's incompetence will probably result in very few people using this app.

I thought "what a great idea" until it became clear that when you report something that would take 50p to resolve, nothing happens. You use the poke function to remind the administrator you have not been looked at, nothing happens. You get no updates and the only resolution is that after 30 days your report disappears. I only write this so you don't waste your time. Just pick up the phone. They might talk to you as long as the day doesn't have a y in it.
