I have been using the app for some time now. The help tab implies that you can update a previous report. You can't, at least not on a Samsung S3. You still can't send more than one photograph for a report. The app could be so much better with minor improvements but it is better than nothing. How about an update?

Good app but Only three major disappointments I noticed...(1) I can't upload or submit more than one photo for a report hence we can't show real situation..I can't see any update existing report menu to add more photos for a particular report..(2) Help menu within the app is sometimes not working..(3) Though I validated my phone and saved my details; It keep asking me to enter & validatr my email id / ph no each time I m trying to use this app..

I was a bit cynical about Brent's latest ploy but having used it I'm pretty impressed. Sending reports via the council website is pretty torturous and the phone takes a while as well. The app uses GPS to automatically find the location and prompts the user to take a photo (so it works best to use the app at the time you see the rubbish). Fortunately once you're registered you don't need to spend ages filling out endless details all over again so it's actually very quick. My main criticism is that there's no reference number generated straight away - it gets reviewed and you can go to the website via the confirmation email link, but if you want to dispute something there's no reference number to take it up with the council. As it happens it turns out my particular problem isn't the responsibility of the council but rather BHP, so I won't be using the app in future, aside from lack of reference number (and tracking via the app would be good) I'm quite impressed however, to be fair to the council (which I rarely am).

@Brent_Council problem with your app, saved reports are not deleted after uploading. I have to manualy delete them

After filling in report the just continually tries to submit the report and the app just causes the phone to freeze. Also I think the app should allow the user to report anything regard the council like pot holes pavement issues. Test it before releasing.
