About Common Text Reminder - Free
Need to repeat calendar events with a common text description but on different dates ?
Common Text Reminder (CTReminder) allows you to enter multiple descriptions ( common text ) and various other information in the settings area.
Once setup, it is then quick and simple each time to just select the text and a date to set the entry in your calendar - no more having to re-key the text time and time again !!
Eg.
When I set up a payment in advance at the bank, sometimes the payment wasn't made.
Each time I make the payment, I needed to set a reminder in my calendar to check with my bank that the payment was made on the right date but the payment dates are different each month.
I have five credit cards and I didn't want to type the five repeating text entries every time when I make an advanced payment.
CTReminder is the answer; Setup multiple common text values once, quickly select the text and date to add a reminder for a selected date.
Uses calendar which must already exist on your device.
Setup Once;
Multiple options to select which calendar to use, the event start and end time, whether the calendar will alert at the start of the event, whether you are marked as busy in the calendar during the event, a common Prefix which is pre-pended to each text.
Multiple Selection Texts can be added, modified, deleted, position in list changed ( drag and drop ) moved.
Once setup is completed, use many times;
Select the text from the dropdown, select the date and click OK - the entry is added to your calendar.
Free Version:
Limited to 3 Selections and each entry is Prefixed with the "Free" version text.
PRO Version:
Unlimited selections, "Free" version text prefix is removed.

Took ages to find this app, it does just what I wanted. Worth paying for the pro version as a way of saying thanks to the developer.
