Great idea but it doesn't work for me. Tried installing on my S4 and Hudl2 but neither works. All I get is a banner at the top of the screen and a blank white page

Really well produced app with film, audio and cool interactive features. The Family tour has a jolly character who takes kids around the Castle on a mini adventure. The app is large due to lots of video and animations, so download takes a few minutes - well worth it though.

Tried downloading it twice over the last couple of days but when I try to run it, all I get is a white screen with the English Heritage logo in the top corner - then nothing changes, even after waiting for 5 or so minutes.
