Dornier 17 edition:
In June 2013 the RAF Museum successfully lifted the only known German Dornier 17 bomber, from the waters of the Goodwin Sands, three miles off the coast of England. The event was a media phenomenon with viewers across the globe tuned in to watch it happen live.
Apparition has brought the Dornier 17 back to life so that you can see it as it was in the 1940s in various locations around the world or on your own tabletop.

Excellent application for anyone with an interest in historical aircraft, giving the rare opportunity to experience an aircraft whose only remaining example in the world is in restoration and thus cannot currently be viewed in it's full glory in real life. This project is supported by the efforts of many parties, and by a great gaming company with a keen eye to promoting education in military history and accurate representation of historical machines in it's games.
