Open Battery

Open Battery collects information about your battery level and how frequently you charge your phone. The data is anonymously submitted to the Open Battery data collection project, where it will be published and freely available online. We **DO NOT** collect any personally identifiable information like your e-mail address, name, phone number or location.

We record your mobile phone manufacturer, handset name, battery technology and a time series recording battery percent, temperature, health, charging state, voltage and capacity. This information is recorded every time your device's battery broadcasts a "change of battery state" signal, the frequency of which can vary depending on device.
