Pregnant mums and partners, track how you are feeling and what’s going on for you in the moment.
The app is a bit like keeping a short diary – it will send you “alerts/push notifications" you and ask you to quickly respond to a few simple questions. The question will stay on the screen for you for up to an hour after the notification. Don’t worry, if you miss the notification, we’ll send you a reminder an hour later. Just try to complete the diary as soon as it is safe to do so.
