uBabyCam: 2-way Audio & Graph

I've been using this app on three devices for a year and a half with no issues. Two weeks ago it stopped working on all my devices. I have completed a factor reset on my phone. Unistalled and reinstalled the app with no success. I'm able to view the camera with Web browser and other apps. The email the I sent to their customer service was returned asking me to perform all the test I already completed. Please fix your app.

When it works it is the best IP cam app I've found (not really saying much). Unfortunately it fails with a network error about 80% of the time. The audio graph kind of works but it doesn't update unless you tap it which kind of defeats the purpose. I bought it because the trial worked for the 10 minutes allowed but now the paid version doesn't work.

Absolutely does not replace a baby monitor. It is an ip camera viewer with so other options that only sometimes work if the app is open on a device where we screen is always on, and and the app is always active on the screen. Directions/instructions are non existent.

We use it with our babies all the time. Works remotely great too once setup properly. If the connection ever gets lost try restarting your router or change channels on the router.

Wish I could get talk to work

The app works well but aiming for a baby monitor it falls flat. Need to put screen off with squelch turn on (off until baby makes noise at certain level). Compare it to normal baby monitor functions and replicate!

Once you get the set up sorted which was not easy but not the app's fault. This is a great tool for checking your camera's I have two cameras set up one Tenvis and the other a dome camera and can pan tilt but for some reason no longer zoom which is why the last star was not ticked. Get the lite version to test set up. Great value Good App ;-)

Crashes quite a bit and audio portion is pretty bad and works about 5% of the time.

Works perfect with wansview.happy!

Regular network errors with foscam 9821W when other apps connect fine. I'd look for something else like mylivecams

This app is a completely trash. The foscam FI9821W doesn't work properly. Always there's a network error and if you try to speak just by pressing the microphone button you will hear just very strong noise. You can't talk at all. I tried the support, but after two messages they just ignore me. Besides I asked for a purchase cancelation and they simply didn't answer. The UBNTEK INC isn't a serious company. I recommend to get away from them.

better features than the app supplied by the manufacturer of my camera.

Works as well as advertised, Multiview for two FI8910W's and FI8918W comes in handy and is well worth. Thank you guys.

Advertised foscam 9820 Is not listed in the options of cameras to choose from.

As advertised it perfectly works with FI9821W.

If this was a free app I would probably give it 3 or 4 stars, but for the price, it is far too buggy and poorly designed. UI is awful, Android standard designs not used. Screen turns off, and background audio doesn't seem to work on my Note 3. English translations are poor and sometimes misleading Audio graph doesn't update properly - swiping slightly on the graph causes it to redraw That said, pinch to zoom is handy (although it doesn't work in landscape) and sadly, this is one of the better apps for the wanview/foscam cameras.

The audio detection (audio graph) to notify you when your baby wakes up works OK for me...for about 30 seconds until my screen turns off, then it stops working on my LG Nexus 4. I was told a fixed version was expected to be released by the end of the month...but they failed to live up to that. I was told the timing depends on Apple processing time?!?!...I don't think so. I ended up getting a real baby monitor. Not recommended.

Excellent features include motion detection and multi view. Would like to see background audio monitoring so that I can use my phone for other purposes while monitoring the kids. My wife has an iPad app that provides audio while she reads or browses. Not sure if that's an android limitation or if it's a limitation of the app m
