Its my mistake that i have loaded money into this account. I cant recharge prepaid numbers, gives an error that i cant recharge more than 700 in a month. Even though its my first transaction.cannot pay electricity bills. Tried to e-kyc verification, in "authorisation pending" status since a month. I can just pay my postpaid bill.nothing else. I cannot use my own money. Its a fraud app..please dont download this app and be a fool like me..

i loaded my wallet from my credit card money got deducted from my card but my wallet is showing zero balance and it was loaded on 4th october but still no conformation till 9th oct and the worst part is there is no referance no from x pay wallet for any failed transaction your customer service not up to date and dont take customer for ride this way

Good attempt by UAE Exchange but requires many improvements. The major drawback of the app is that, it is stopping frequently while we are working. This is a severe problem. This should be solved immediately. Also include malayalam to languages. Further try to improve the interface easier to access. Regards.

You are able to do Bank transfer after online KYC , that requires ur UAN number which need to mapped with ur mobile, done a big mistake money my stuck in this app. Disappointing suport is not helping to resolve problem
