Exercises for gym for Android
This is a great app to use to see what muscles are being worked the most for which exercises. The layout is also very easy to use. The only drawback is there's one too many spelling errors, but a small error on an otherwise excellent app
I really liked and would pay to get rid of the ads - provided it is offered at a reasonable price. But there's no option for doing this.
Fantastic app! Love the combinations and different work outs for each muscle group. You should add like legs, chest, shoulders specific etc. Works puts please. 5 star rating

I like this app a lot, in fact if this app had a fitness tracker it would be the best fitness app on google. If it had a fitness tracker and a calorie counter it would be the best fitness app period! The diagrams & desriptions are beyond the realms of adequate & thorough. The only one thing I would argue to add/change is to have the option to see/use all male or all female diagrams depending on me the end users choice/sex/pref. Thanks, congrats & keep up the good work... your def on the right track.
This app has changed my life in just 4 months...i follow a program weekly and i never have to think about what is next until the end of the week...and then i find my next program and move on to the next...it gives you everything you need from basics and up...different sets reps and all the important excercises...i love this app and i will continue to use it for as long as its here...
It's a great app. Much better than the other apps that present exercise lists. My only complaint about this one is the fact that it doesn't specify lats from the lower back. 2 totally different muscle groups. This could frustrate someone that's just starting their bodybuilding journey.
This app gives me enough info to keep me busy for 6 months. Why 4 stars instead of 5. Many typos...sorry! Please edit the content and remove the typos for next update. Overall, I recommend all beginners to have this app on their smartphones.
This app just pulled the images from Strength Training Anatomy by Delavier and put them in a sloppily built app. I have the book, and it easier to read and includes more information than the images used here.
This app is a real help for you workout freaks out there, the best feature it shows the workouts with good images and properly defined techniques...would ve really helpful if you guys add short videos in future updates.

So far best app explaining exercises and grouping them In ease to understand way. It needs some touch ups in matter of consistency of writing but other ways it is a good tool for a begenner looking to find exercises for muscles groups they look for..

Just what I needed.. A simple app that will show you exercises and programs to follow for both men and women. Lightweight and without excessive permissions requests. Won't run alone and won't hog your ram and battery.. Ads are not intrusive too.. 5/5

This is a good app but it doesn't explain how to transition from one program to another.
All i needed is a workout plan and the training program of this app is awesome. I am feeling a good change.
When I start workout after few month my health become improve..

This app has the best diagrams that describe the muscles being worked in great detail. I has a bodybuilder of two years have never been has well informed by any app.
Colored vertical lines mark the exercises included in the set. That is, these exercises are performed from the set in a circle: the approach of the first exercise, the approach of the second exercise, rest, the first approach, the second approach, rest; and so until you have made all the approaches of all the exercises in the set. I need to understand the meaning of the approaches
And organized in a way that a newcomer can look like a pro in the gym on the first day

This app I think have pretty much every thing about workout exercises.. Best are line diagram .........with movement description .,,.........please add diet plan too.,.........it will become the best app .....
Good variety of exercise could break down again to different parts of chest legs arm and so on
This app not only gives you option of various program to follow it also shows graphically which muscles are being targeted. Good for beginners and advanced users.
