Provides several options once logged in. I've experienced for over a year now. Only the links provided to user that are funtioning are the amount you owe TXU and the payment process. Funny how these to portions of the app are always available and everything else is in my past experience. A mirror of what is setup for access via windows. TXU is in no way falling short each month. I am very disappointed in TXU's lack of concern when it comes to costumer service in an overall experience.

BE AWARE!! Not sure if it's the app or txu but they have a way of finding extra charges that was not in the contract agreement. Have a family member that works for oncor and said that this is not showing your exact usage of electricity from when he was keeping track with his equipment. WATCH YOUR BILL CAREFULLY or ur bill will sky rocket out of no where.

This is very convenient. I love the fact that if i can't make it to ACE CASH EXPRESS, i can pay here right from this app. I was recently a FRONTIER UTILITIES customer until, I watched a txu commercial and I called and switched immediately after comparing my prices. I really saved $80 bucks by switching to TXU i love this company and i will send my recommendations to all my friends and family.

I like this app a lot; it's very good and you can easily see your usage throughout the billing cycle. It would be nice if the usage graph worked but it doesn't on my samsung galaxy s3. Works quite well on my GS5 and I even paid my bill via CC on it.

Great app. Simple & efficient. Easy to use. Does everything I need from showing you your usage to making a payment and storing your debit card for future payments. No complaints. TXU is the least expensive energy I've ever used

Super user friendly. Never have a problem. Don't know what some people are talking about with not being able to add a VISA Debit card.. that's what I have and it works perfectly. Galaxy S4 user.

Before moving to Texas electric was a lot cheaper and energy providers cared about the customers. TXU as soon as you call them out on anything they run like a scared child!! My dash board only works when it is supposedly wants to and only half of my meters are on it. They have no clue why it doesn't show them all they see them. So you ask them to fix stuff and it will be done in a week. Been 10 months and dashboard still screwed up.

Suggestion: 1. App shouldn't require a login with password every time. 2. "Remember Me" should work for id and password. 3. Needs more detailed information on the bill screen. 4. I shouldn't have to download a pdf to view my bill on your app. It should be available within the app.

Great way to pay the bills but support is lacking, it should also remember the last card you used, or have a auto debit feature/option.

I have to use this app because the calling system sucks so bad. This app does not let me pay i have to constantly keep pushing to get it on one of my accounts.... it will not let me pay on my other account it is ridiculous how this app does not work yet they advise us to use it ugh!!!! Just TERRIBLE

You were doing well until today when I used it to pay the bill. Over and over and over I tried to enter a credit card exp date. That part sucks. No way to logically enter date. Finally I got the right date to show up but when I pressed submit several items already entered just vanished. Not too convenient. Hope you can fix. I might want to use it again.

This app was one of the best downloads I've had, but the past 4 months I've had to uninstall then reinstall on my Droid HD, to get it to work and check/pay my electric bill. Gives a "Runtime" error when I open it. Please fix!!

Up until now my profile address etc have been correct. I had to call TXU Customer Service and get answers since the address is to another home near where I live. Your agent said my address is correct with the one I said was right, and I advised her that the app does not show the correct address. This mistake could raise flags to any of your customers. Get this fixed!!! I chose you (TXU) because you held on to a deposit for over 5 years that you never paid out...strike 2....

I can pay my bill, and view a few details about my bill but it feels like this app is unfinished. It's like the first iteration of the app but they never bothered to update it or add extra features. For example, I'd like a more detailed breakdown of the usage graph. Also, the flow of the menu options isn't intuitive. It's not fustrating to use but that shouldn't be how customers describe your app. Try a little harder.

Honestly never had an issue with the app. My main concern is I had to get a prepaid visa instead of using the amex I already had. If they want 5 stars from me they will fix that. I should not have to pay a fee to load a card to pay them they should take all payment forms.

I have multiple accounts and cant properly view any of them. Called customer service and tech support to resolve the issue and they said there WAS a problem with the system that they were fixing. That was almost a month ago now. This use to be a fantastic app.

I love this app. They make it so easy to pay your bill. It also allows me to forecast what it will look like on the next bill so I can adjust my usage or my budget. I'm completely satisfied and would love to pay all bills this way.

Great app love being able to pay my bill with the ease of my phone. However I have two addresses of service and the app will not let me switch to view issues for the 2nd address. Is there a fix in the works fire this issue?

This TXU mobile app is convenient & easy to use. It simplifies my statement inquires & forecasted kWh estimates. This keeps me updated & current with my payments. I wish ALL my various bills/accts had quick go-to apps such as TXU!

App is very convenient, however it only connects to the I thermostat maybe one out of every 50 tries. Online connection with thermostat is great. Your app needs an update to work as well as the online version. You finally fixed the thermostat function. Thank you. I changed rating to 5 stars

I have never been more aggravated by an app in my life. Here we have a billion dollar company putting out a dysfunctional app with maybe the worst UI I have seen. Rarely does what I ask, and gives me more error messages than Windows Vista. Please dedicate some of the exorbitant amount of fees you charge customers to getting this right.

Really like it and it is very easy to make payments once you've installed and signed in. Payment is made right away and goes through next business day.You can also view your payment history, your current bill, and your usage. You can even setup auto pay with the app. It's pretty groovy!

Very convenient!I pay my mother bill this comes in handy since i have no vehicle. But they work with u anyway possible when I catch myself getting behind.customer service is nice as can be,and try to do everything they can do to make it possible to pay it if behind without going broke or especially NOT LETTING YUR ELECTRICITY TURNED OFF THX.

I have never had a problem with this app. Though I think its better to log in with a PC to input your credit card info first that way you don't have to mess with adding a credit/debit through the app. Awesome app as far as I'm concerned.

Well this makes life just a little bit easier when trying to pay bills. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't give all the charges. It just tells you how much money is to be paid

Since apps are in demand now you would think people's brains could work smarter not harder. Look to see report power outage, not living in Dallas or Houston still have to call really, even with GPS on phone really TXU! Graph usage shows a line but no info about it, could it be want I will need to pay appx?

This app is very convenient. I never have any problems with it. I love not having to worry about paying fees just to pay my bill, trying to get through the phone operator, or make it to a payment center in time.

Putting in payment drove me crazy was not simple and easy. I pay all my bills via phone this was the STUPIDEST app it kept going in circles. After 10 mins I figured it out ...sucks thanks but no thanks

I like having access to my account anywhere, any time. That being said, it's a little hard sometimes to access all our accounts. It makes it hard to see when info is overlaid on top of other info. Might be my phone, but still irritating

I have 2 accounts and it will not let me make a payment on the 2nd account. I can see it but it keeps reverting back to the other one. Now I'll have to get on my laptop to pay it. Not very convenient!!

Not very responsive. Too many buttons. Buttons frequently say yes when they should say no. Like the paperless bill option button. After making a payment you have to back out through the payment process. No notification of upcoming bill? Overdue bill?

Samsung Galaxy Note 4, I have been using the app for a couple of years now without having any problems whatsoever . It is a fast and convenient way to check your bill, your electric usage and pay your bill. I have read where other customers have had problems with the app, but I highly recommend it.

This used to be my FAVORITE app for my bills, because it was so easy and awesome now I DETEST it! It's flipping useless! It won't let me log in and it won't let me pay my bills on the rare occasion it logs me in. Total waste.

It has all the letters bunched up on top of each other and then it won't show me the amount I owe for the second account.

This app is soooooooooooo slow! It has been since day 1 and I was hoping the latest update fixed it (actually, that's been the case over and over again) but nope. It takes a tenth the time to just go to website to pay bill...tho that's slow, too.
