OphaalApp

OphaalApp - Olthuis Recycling.

Introductie.
De OphaalApp is ontwikkeld voor Olthuis Recycling en is beschikbaar voor bestaande klanten* van Olthuis Recycling.
Deze klanten kunnen zich registreren voor de OphaalApp en krijgen na acceptatie door Olthuis Recycling toegang tot de functionaliteit van de OphaalApp.
De OphaalApp faciliteert klanten in het eenvoudig indienen:
- van een Ophaalverzoek van afgewerkt frituurvet
- van een Melding/Vraag (bijv. een verzoek om een nieuwe vetton)

Het registratieproces.
Om de OphaalApp te kunnen gebruiken meldt de klant zich aan via ‘registreren’ (onderaan het inlogscherm). Olthuis Recycling handelt het verzoek af, koppelt de aangemelde klant in het achterliggende systeem en meldt dit vervolgens via e-mail richting de klant.

Met het registreren accepteert de klant de gebruiksvoorwaarden van de OphaalApp. Deze voorwaarden worden in de OphaalApp getoond.
Het indienen van Ophaalverzoeken/Meldingen.
De klant kan vervolgens gebruik maken van de eerder genoemde functionaliteit, door in te loggen met gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord.
De klant dient vervolgens op het icoon van de Vetton met omschrijving ‘Frituurvet’ te klikken om in een vervolgscherm te komen met de keuzemogelijkheden voor het indienen van een:
- Ophaalverzoek
- Melding
Bij het Ophaalverzoek is een extra Opmerkingen-veld beschikbaar.

Met het drukken op ‘Verzenden’ wordt het Ophaalverzoek/de Melding bij Olthuis Recycling geregistreerd en in behandeling genomen.
Verder communicatie over het Ophaalverzoek/de Melding vindt plaats per e-mail/telefoon.

Beheer-functionaliteit.
Daarnaast is de volgende beheer-functionaliteit beschikbaar:
- Wachtwoord vergeten (onderaan het inlogscherm)
- De klant ontvangt een nieuw tijdelijk wachtwoord per e-mail
- Wachtwoord wijzigen

These customers can register for the OphaalApp and following acceptance by Olthuis Recycling access the functionality of the OphaalApp.
The OphaalApp facilitates customers to easily submit:
- A Retrieval Request from used cooking oil
- A Report / Question (eg a request for a new vetton.)

The registration process.
To use the OphaalApp the client logs on via 'register' (bottom of the login screen). Olthuis Recycling handles the request then connects to the registered customer in the downstream system and reports this via e-mail to the customer.

By registering, the customer accepts the terms of use of the OphaalApp. These conditions are shown in the OphaalApp.
Submitting pickup requests / messages.
The client can then make use of the functionality mentioned above, by logging in with a user name and password.
The customer must then clicking on the icon of the Vetton with description 'Frying fat' to enter another screen with the options for filing a:
- Retrieval Request
- Reporting
When Retrieval Request is an extra Notes field available.

By pressing "Send" it Pickup Request / Notification in Olthuis Recycling recorded and processed.
Further communication about the Pickup Request / Notification takes place by e-mail / phone.
 
Management functionality.
In addition, the following management functionality available:
- Forgotten password (the bottom of the login screen)
    - The customer will receive a new temporary password by e-mail
- Change password
