- Based on property's purchase price, loan term, annual interest rate, number of properties owned and residency of applicants.

- ABSD is included in the calculation results.
- Input CPF and cash on hand to get an indication of client's surplus/shortfall or input CPF amount only to know how much cash is needed

Normal Payment Calculator

TDSR (Total Debt Servicing Ratio)
- Based on monthly fixed income, variable income, rental income, liquid assets and other assets with pledging options, car loan, mortgage loan, credit cards and other loans
