View Timeline (BETA)

Okay, it's a decent attempt at making the Google Maps Timeline work on mobile. However, there are a few problems. First, the keyboard often makes part of the screen (usually the part you need to see) turn white until you close the keyboard. Not a big deal, just a small annoyance. Second, the app thinks I'm using a much bigger display than I am, which makes using parts of the app frustrating, to say the least. Other than that, it works great. I hope to see these bugs fixed soon!

It shoves ads in my face all the time, you don't need this app to view your timeline it's all on Google Maps right there on the left and you choose timeline

Does not work. It won't let me see the timeline history and it keeps refreshing.

Please develop this app so that we can view the full thing. We can't even see the full options it is scrolled too much. Please change the UI so that it is compatible with the app itself.

Not as good as it used to. Will only show dots on the map but dosen't connect them. The location history is now a table like giving you directions. I want to see where I have been. Bot the directions of the places I have been at. Useless now.

Too difficult to use needs to be simplified too hard to figure out how to go back to certain days and retrace history

The transparent button doesn't do anything on my GS6A. Also, I'd like to be able to see the lines connecting my trips when I'm looking at more than a single trip. An entire year of lines is what I was hoping for upon download. Will not be uninstalling, I like this app so far.

It's just a web page of our google location history . It's not an application.

Best time line apps for Google map.

Listen People: Understand that it's GOOGLE that has Messed Location History UP! The Developers of this App has NOTHING to do with that Google changed the way Location History works! It's the same if you go to your own Location History in a Web Browser - it's all messed up, and nothing looks like it used to! GOOOOOOOOGLE - Get things back the way they were!

Congratulations at turning a usful app for tracking your location history into a chocolate fireguard, change it back to what it was, I see I am not the only user who feels you have remove this product functionality and made it a prime candidate for deletion. Yes Lawrence Grovein , Google have changed it, but on the web page if you click "today" you a list AND a map that lets you see your route. The app needs to do the same to keep it functionallity.

Update ruined app??? Remove update and return to july 20 version.

Piece of shit

After the last few updates the display became larger than my phone could support. Now I see half the layout and the rest is off screen and there's no way to scroll to it. Everything is too enlarged. After this problem is addressed I'll upgrade my rating to 4 stars.

I tried all the Google location apps and thought this one the best and used it for several months. The recent update is a hot mess... Confusing controls, intrusive ads, poor layout. Why ruin a good thing? There are other much better solutions... Just search and find them, but pass on this one! (BTW, the screenshots in the Play store are NOT the current version.)

It's strange to me how something can be so good, then someone has the idea to make it better and trashes it. Then, leaves it trashed. I guess I'll never understand that. Found what I use to have here. Bye. Uninstall coming

I loved this app up until a couple of days ago. I would have given 5 stars but now, its not showing the location of anyone but myself. I use this app daily to track my kids. Please help

Till yesterday everything was perfect but what happened now? Why did you change it? Nothing works :(

I travel to less than friendly places. Now I can have my wife track me just in case I am kidnapped!

Hope you can fix Googles' changes.

You guys ruined this app with the update. Can't do anything! Fix this! now I have to use the browser instead of what once was a simple use app

Was a great app while it was needed. Changes Google have made have broken it but you can now access location history within the Google maps app.

New version really sucks!!

No longer works!!!! It's now on desktop version, doesn't show location! Awful, don't waste your time downloading. I'm unistalling all google apps and search engines.
