Enneagram 一般稱為九點人格，是一種性格分類架構。也有稱為「九尖圖」、「九種動物性格」。
Enneagram 字根是希臘文的 ennea(九) 以及 gramma(尖) 所組合。
相傳源自二千五百年前的古代巴比倫帝國(今阿富汗地區)及其後神祕的蘇菲教派，並在中東一帶流傳。
1993 年史丹佛大學商學院開「人格、自我認知與領導」，首次將九點人格於大學殿堂教授，從此之後，九型人格 Enneagram 就成了歐美各大企業管理人材的秘籍，全球500強企業的管理階層均運用九型人格 Enneagram學進行自我提升、決策管理訓練、員工培訓（人際關係及個人成長等方面）以及建立高效團隊。

九種人格的簡單特徵：

智慧型：有高深智慧的人通常會擁有的個性。無法停止對於知識的追求。給人的感覺就是：有智慧、感知力強、善於分析、令人尊敬。
忠誠型：對於組織群體的認同度很高。肯負責任、勇於任事、願意承諾、是團體的基石。
