本會已針對中小企業在經濟社會中所具有深厚潛力，研究策劃、調整合作，促進企業界之健全發宗旨。
● 扮演政府與中小企業之橋樑，建立與中小企業溝通管道。
● 協助中小企業運用企業外部資源，轉化為內部資源。
● 聯繫與調查中小企業問題及解決方案，力促產業升級。
● 推動中小企業人才培訓相關活動。
● 推動中小企業合作及跨業交流活動。
● 協助參加各種專業性之國際展覽與會議，並安排必要之交換訪問，以拓展中小企業之經貿投資機會。
● 針對中小企業適法困難進行研究，並將調適方案，函送主管機關，建議其修正，以利中小企業 發展我們的服務中小企業為您做些什麼？
