下載安裝新北智慧社區APP前，須先請社區管委會加入新北智慧社區(加入方式請參考https://ezhome.ntpc.net.tw)。

新北智慧社區APP，利用手機、平板等行動裝置，幫助社區管委會簡化社區管理流程，提升社區的各項公告及服務功能；讓居民即時掌握社區訊息，為現代化家庭帶來更便利、快捷的人性化社區服務。

功能介紹：
• 市府公告：由市府各機關對社區居民發佈公告，居民可由手    機APP即時接收市府訊息。
• 通報市府：社區居民可透過APP反映問題予市府，通報市府處理。
• 社區公告：管委會可對社區居民發布社區相關公告事項。
• 郵件專區：社區管委會代收郵件包裹，並通知住戶領取。
• 公設預約：管委會維護公設資料，提供住戶申請使用。
• 瓦斯抄表：住戶填寫瓦斯度數，供管委會匯出給瓦斯公司。
• 管委會意見箱：社區居民與管委會的意見交流管道。
