健華診所

健華診所前身楊健志診所於1984年創辦，由楊健志醫師以其家醫科、小兒科、心臟科等專長，結合其他專科醫師的用心，在大安區做健康照護服務，有鑑於慢性疾病蝕害民眾甚深，醫師及醫護人員陸續參與心血管、糖尿病、憂鬱症、氣喘等專業照護網，並成立戒菸門診及減重門診，並接受職業醫學、長期照護醫事人員研習訓練等認證，目前是台北市政府衛生局癌篩特約診所。為進一步照護社區民眾健康，健華診所於2014年加入家庭醫師整合性照護計畫，要藉由家庭醫師的觀念落實協助民眾在疾病預防與治療、專業護理、營養衛教及健康管理等區塊，結合雲端科技及智慧手機技術做更多的服務與貢獻。
