中租控股

中租控股發軔於1977 年在台灣所成立的中國租賃股份有限公司，提供以資產為基礎的融資服務。初期辦理生產設備及企業生財器具之租賃業務，以協助企業迅速的增添或更新機器設備，後為協助企業取得生產所需之原物料及更新資本設備，在1980 年成立迪和股份有限公司，從事分期付款買賣業務。

1995 年，為提高與國外大型跨國租賃金融公司的競爭力，強化募集資金的能力，中國租賃與迪和公司合併，更名為中租迪和股份有限公司；1998 年，為提高經濟規模及有效運用各項關鍵性成功因素，中租迪和更進一步與中瑞租賃合併。1999 年，在卓越經營團隊的帶領下，進行企業流程改善計劃，積極推動各項革新專案，奠定展開跳躍式成長及成為世界級財務金融公司的穩固基石。
