About MOCR
MOCR is a brand new video editor built from the ground up just for mobile devices, it's different compared to existing ones.
There is a Canvas, very similar to the one on OBS broadcaster for PC and Mac, you can put any number of layers on it.
A layer can be video, image, GIF or text.
You can resize, rotate or move the layer freely on the Canvas.
MOCR has some built in filters which can be applied on all kinds of layers, video, image GIF and text. More and better filters will be available soon.
You can render many Clips, then reorder, repeat, export and combine them to a full video to export.
Background music is also available, and many more things

It has good potential, long way to go.... At present there are many glitches in the app. I believe it will get polished later.... Currently unable to edit individual rendered clips, unable to drag rendered movie clips on to the canvas. Please work on it
