Periscope - Live Video

One of my favorite apps! But when people can disable an account just because they don't like someone and loose all their super hearts is wrong! Especially if they weren't doing anything but walking to a craft store! Make it better for reporting! Watch them before you delete it.

This app was a great idea when it started. Sometime between then and now, it turned into a porn app. Seriously, porn on the recommended scopes every time I open it. They stay there regardless of reporting. It didn't used to be this way. People were banned for sexual content.

I was permanently banned from periscope because I commented a profanity while on a stream. The profanity was in a sentence that was a song lyric to a song that was being played in the stream, and I told this to periscope help when I sent them a cordial and apologetic email about my ban. They emailed me back asking for my username, I emailed it to them, and then they permanently suspended my account! This was the first and only time I unintentionally broke their community guidelines, and their system of one strike you're out does not work in practice, as if my account were unsuspended, I would act according to their guidelines and takenextra care to not comment offensive language in the future. I wish I could use the app to watch streams of celebrities I like, but even though I promised abstinence from using profanities in the future in my email, I am still permanently banned. Due to this, I would not and will not recommend this app to other people.

Great App which works. New Idea of Live Video Broadcast to everyone on the planet. Will this be the future? I hope it will be. However its your choice what you want to watch. Would love to see this app become the next big thing. Would love to see big companies and rich individuals invest in this app.

Was a decent app back in the day. Now video porn and soliciting for cash seem to be more prevalent. Asked why video porn was allowed and got banned. Asked for the child protection button to be added, which it duly was, used it pnce and got bamned again. It is better to watch and not comment.

I been using the app for sometime in 2014 - present. I'm enjoy it. Hope one day they will add moderators. So when a broadcaster needs help to ban someone out there broadcast all the broadcaster needs to do it's who ever it's active add there personal account to the mod list and they can help ban bots or rude people beside the broadcaster just my thoughts that its all. This app is a safe haven for pedophiles to use and harass young girls. If you try and stop it from happening the app blocks you instead of the person harassing little girls. There was a grown man asking two 12 year old girls to flash the camera. I told them not to do it because he is a pedophile and the app makers suspended my account but not his. Parents should be aware their children are not safe on this app and the makers of the app protect vile people.

Not being able to travel as much as I'd like, Periscope brings the world to me while at home! I've met some amazing people from all over the world and in the process have become a big fan of Mira Goto, her mix of humor, charm, original and cover music are perfect for a laid back night at home. Then, I can walk along the streets of Hong Kong, watching a sunset in California, then hit a club in New York for some EDM, and learn all about the sea creatures at Monterey Bay Aquarium. Periscope has opened up my world beyond what I thought it could be. Thank you Periscope! Super easy to use for anyone.

This app is for people who want to secretly have FaceTime with trash. If you want to do decent live video stick to youtube because this is going to turn into a new meet and greet pornsite for infidelity.

It was cool to watch political rallies and other such events. Now, all I see is nude Turkish men and pre-recorded sex videos. Just awful.

You can see live pics around the world. Great way to learn more about other countries, best thing about it is the real world as shown by real people and not a program maker for TV.

Normally this app plays wonderful but for the last two weeks I have been having problems with this app even after it has been updated on my smartphone it does not play and it keeps flashing that it's trying to reconnect I don't know if I should uninstall it and reinstall it I'm out of options. PLEASE HELP MAKE THIS APP PERFORM WITH BETTER QUALITY!

I keep getting banned for no reason. No swearing or abuse but I'm banned. Pissing me off.

Constant errors. 70 in the last 7 days to be exact, and drains battery.

I've been unable to log in to my account since I changed phones. So not cool

I report sexual content constantly but im the one who is banned. Perhaps they want children seeing it.

A lot of bugs, it sais I'm following 150 people and I only have 10 in the list.. On "Suggested Streams", I hit "hide this channel", on Refresh after 2 seconds, the stream is pinned on top.. + many more other problems.

The last two weeks the scopes are constantly freezing to the point where I can't watch. Audio will continue to play while the screen is frozen. Several times I have been kicked out of the app abruptly. Please fix!!

I got banned twice and my account was disabled twice with no particular reason, i didn't even start a live streaming !!!!!

Periscope has deleted my account twice now for no reason at all. It's a congregation of pedophiles and sickos. Instead of blocking those users random ordinary folks get blocked.

Everytime someone gives super hearts the video starts to stutter & ultimately the app force closes or just random force closes due to java out of memory errors

As of today app freezes as soon as I open it, every time...Clearing cache does not help. Unable to use. Help!

Have looked at like 10 videos in total. Never said anything. Came back weeks later now the account seems to be disabled. Uninstalled.
