I signed up last month. Today getting an error 'user with this email does not exist'. What is going on? 11/16- the update to the app on 11/16 seem to have fixed the issue.

Latest version is broken. First it was not accepting my user id saying username doesn't exist and the technical support fixed it after 4 calls.. Now my my subscriptions won't appear... They've raised a ticket... Awaiting resolution... Update doesn't seem to fix anything. At least I was able to log in earlier... Not even able to log in this version.. Not good still... 11/24/2015
