I love Tracks and Arte. but my French is limited and so I get nothing from the app. can i switch to English or German please?

Neat idea, great layout and design but the app takes ages to load (every single time and regardless of the internet connection), does not detect my location and load the appropriate language by default and the on-mode failed to work no matter what I tried. The app is, as it is, a waste of time but has a lot of potential.

It's soooo slow to load anything that is almost unusable. I have Nexus 6p and fast internet.
