eir Vision Go

It's bad can't log in

Keeps saying "Device not active" when I tap on a chanel to watch even though in the setting menu everything seems to be fine. I'm logged in, the app recognizes my device and even the WiFi network I was connected to at that moment but still won't let me watch any chanel.

Contacted eir,Re app saying "you are currently not subscribed to this channel contact eir on 1800" etc..I am subscribed to these channels. Fed up of wasting time on the phone to get this issue resolved.Eir if your reading this,the app is not letting me view channels I am subscribed to.Your agent even confirmed same over the phone on Fri/1st/Dec. Said to call back if not resolved over weekend. Used live chat and the advise was to reinstall app.This did not work.Eir please fix this issue.thank-you.????

Keeps crashing on startup and has done for over a year. Needs a few starts before it works. Done the same on two different phones for me. Disappointing

'Due to copyright restrictions we are unable to make this program available'. Then don't put them there...

Downloaded it to use it as I have an eir account and eir internet. But keeps saying sign in to watch channels and when I do it always says something's wrong with my account when there isn't . Hopefully one day I can use this app!

This is the worst app in the store. What is the point of installing something which cannot open. The error "Eir Vision Go keeps stopping" is all you ever get, sent feedback for months, no response, no fix.

Won't let me add new phone since I broke my other phone. Stupid set up.

this app as of now is the biggest load of bollox I have ever used, trying to watch a show and says "due to copyright restrictions we are unable to show this channel" or something to that effect. Never use this app again because half of my channels are not even on it

Terrible app. It keeps telling me that that the App has stopped and asks if I want to restart it. But it still won't work even after the restart.

It keeps asking me to put my password in I did n they still won't take I even changed it twice not happy

Really bad app. It's a joke. Eir are an awful company in every way it will never surprise me

App been "under maintenance" for over a week now!! No-one has any interest in customer satisfaction.

The app is ok it could be better if you add channels to it depending on what tv package the customer has I have all the tv channels on the tv so I would love if u could add the movies and the sky sports to it of u do that it will be a class app

Does not work with mobile data, web support doesn't know the problem and cant help at all...

There arent many of the standard package channels available, but as soon as they release the rest it will be first class. Great work still in progress.

Brilliant when it works. But rarely works for me. App keeps closing constantly . Just needs it to be updated more regularly and looked after by eir.

Can't log in crap app

When I got this app at first I couldn't sign in as it said it was invalid or wrong password/email. But I later found out that I had to register with my eir and then it let me access eir go. After this problem the app is great. Let's you see what's on and watch live TV.

Version 1.4.1 only works on laptop. Won't register Nexus 7 2013. Uses up swaps. Eir support did replace these, but still no joy Nexus 7. Swaps now gone. Eir have referred to DRM license supplier.

Can't even log into this app from android tablet, keeps telling me there is a problem with my account. Account is fine as i can log in from a laptop.

It wont let me log in i have the internet whit yous do get it whit that or do ye have to pay more

Does what it says on the tin. Great if you want to squint at TV on your phone.

I changed the password, and logged on to the website just to be sure. I still can't log on to the app. Have to admit it merely confirms my opinion of eir vision. A cheap crap product that I'm so thankful to be able to dump come end of the contract soon.

The only thing I would like to see added is the ability to set a programme to record on your eir vision box from the app. Would make it that little bit handier.

Good but would be brilliant if u could have remote record. Also if eir vision could add more channels to their TV ie euro sport Sony movies true movies etc .

Won't let me log in can't find my email but have no problem billing me on it.

The device won't register. The service from Eir is terrible and their support is simply the worst!

Can't download latest update keeps giving me error code - 505. Have tried a number of thing like clearing cache and I have enough space. Why is this happening?
