Get help, support, and positive feedback on your progress from other quitters like you and the friends and family you invited into the app. When times are hard, use the emergency button to create an urgent support group. A help signal will be sent to the community to help you get over the hump.
Gradual progress
All you have to do is to follow the app’s smoke breaks regularly and you will be able to reduce and eventually stop smoking. The app reduces the number of smoke breaks a little bit every day until eventually you don’t smoke at all. Track today’s breaks, past smoke breaks and your future plan easily.
Fully customizable
Use the settings screen to change your plan, the number of cigarettes you smoke per day and much more !
How does it work ?
1) Set some basic settings such as how many cigarettes you smoke per day, and in how many days you want to stop smoking completely.
