HI Its good app, as of now i didn't come across any police to verify and approve the same. Here initially i didn't get OTP as part of registration, But after couple of days I was able to register and process further to add DL issued from RTA-Khammam, But my bike with Hyderabad - Khairtabad registration AP09 is not pulling details from server. Is there any issue with the app for Vehicle Reg.No..???

Dear Respected Team, I Appreciate your efforts for bringing such an excellent app for us. Could you please resolve the small issue am facing. I renewed my vehicle (AP29AS0951) insurance in the month first week. But it's yet to be reflected on the app. Sincere request to take a look at it and resolve the same. FYI: insurer changed from icici to Hdfc ergo. Please let me know if you need any further details. Thanks.

Thanks for this app.it's very useful. I recently updated my vehicle insurance which didn't get reflected in the app. Removed RC details and tried. Getting 'nodata' message even while giving correct details. Reinstalled the app and tried then also same issue is there even while adding DL too. Update1: I am now able to add my RC and recent vehicle insurance details are also updated correctly. Thanks for that. Update2: DL also is added successfully. Thank you

Hiiiii team for developing such a useful app for every rider. It's gud than the apps developed by Govt. Of India. I feel happy about it. My suggestion is make the appearance should be animated means by clicking the buttons or login and some keys, in background put the logo of Telangana state and some looking should be different like accessing web pages of a MNC company. Present appearance of the app is like playing a toy. So I hope u'll implement it. Thanks for giving such a nice app for us

The insurance data is not correct. I have renewed a two-wheeler policy a week back and surprisingly it is reflecting correctly, but the insurance details of my car, which I have renewed in December 2015, is not yet updated. A little bit of delay can be understood while syncing between systems, but this has been almost 5-6 months and a new policy will be in place after a few more months.

I feel Happy with this app. I didn't face any bugs in app while adding my R.C and D.L. Thank you Telangana Gov. For this excellent app service. Now no need to worry about documents when the traffic police stop's a vehicle for documents check. But some D.L's and R.C's are not adding. It's says data not found. So, please work on that Document's, so that everyone can ride their vehicles on road with out traffic police fear. Thank you.

the app is very useful. when I have downloaded, I could not find my photo in my driving licence, class of vehicle to drive and Signatures Mine & issuing authority. Without above, how the Hyderabad police allow my Driving Licence.....? My Original Licence was issued by RTA Adilabad in 1989. Please rectify..... I brought the issue in to the notice of RTO Adilabad also.

There are few bugs with first version.. Hope you will correct them in next update. N my digital photo n signature not showing. Would b better if u can add insurance. N I took DL in bodhan but I had to choose nizamabad to fetch my DL to app. Thanks.

Dear sir, my name is kapu raju, I sold my honda shine bike in Feb 2014 having reg no: AP09CF8881. I was also searched in online registration search for my vehicle no here its shows no data found. But in Mobile app RTA-MWALLET it shows my RC details. Please clarify me vehicle is transferred or not bcoz I'm going to register a new vehicle with my name.

The app is good of bringing RC, insurance details and driving license together. When I registered for otp and able to add my RC and DL..But when i logout and login I am not getting any otp to mobile even after clicking Resend OTP.. Also my bike insurance details are not getting updated

Everything is fine till now..but i request government and transport department to include to ADD OPTION FOR INSURANCE also. And also face of the license holder is not displaying in the preview..plz make sure to display for recognition by traffic police

It's a great initiative by TS GOVT, but there are somethings to be looked upon. Any one can show RC of a vehicle by adding Regn No and last 5 digits of chasis, if there is some security kind of thing is there will be great . Share option not properly working. Even if an option to associate pollution certificate also will be good , no need of carrying docs. One more thing is that my renewed insurance is not showing/updated corresponding to RC

The app is good. Greetings to the T. S RTA Dept. But I am having one issue my D. L and my scooter R.C is added in RTA m wallet(issued by TS govt) but my car R.C is not adding that was issued in 2010. Reg. No:- AP09BU6467 & classic no. MALAA51HR9M439109*F. And any way I am also using Updated app.

Works like a breeze. Really appreciate GoT for being a pioneer in this category. I am not able to download my driving license issued by visakhapatnam RTA. Pls support because many telangana drivers might have gotten the driving licence issued in the non telangana part of erstwhile united andhra pradesh. Will give 5 stars once this issue is resolved.

Hi guys, you have done wonderful job. This app helping me a lot, I have been using this app since it's released. I have added my DL and RC successfully without any issue. But, here comes a bug(Issue) : The insurance validity date doesn't get update, I have tried relogin but there is no change in Insurance period. I request you guys to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thanks & Regards.

Photo not showing in driving License rather my digital signature appears in large font overlapping over my name and address. I wish i could add a picture here to make you understand better. License issued in 2016 so i assume you have the digital copy of photo available with you. This seems more like a glitch as i have tried all possible options like reinstalling and updating. This seems to be one of case.Can you please fix this from your end.

To add date of birth I had to go month by month backwards as there is no option to select year directly. This can be improved.. also it does not all to share with others not I can add pictures.. Hope to see these changes, as if there is no network one would be helpless to show the documents.

I have faced a problem. I forget my wallet at my home on the same time traffic police are checking the vehicle's I showed them my details from this app but the traffic person he is not accepting that. I just want to know that is this app approved by the government if yes then why this type of incidence where happing. Please team give me the clarity whether to keep this app or not.

An excellent initiative from the government of Telangana. I really like & appreciate it. Using the technology for making things easy for the public is a nice move. But there are some things to be addressed in this app as my driving licence doesn't contain my photograph and signatures of me and the issuing authority. Hope to fix it soon.

Thanks to TG Govt for Implementing such a technology in RTA and making their people to be hassle free & to use app for legal documents of vehicles and driving licence....! But my insurance is not updated what should I do to get my insurance validity details???

It is a very good app where you can keep all your RTA Documents in one place and you no need to carry all you original documents every time you can just show traffic police in this app. But app developers I have a query my new insurance is not showing only I can able old insurance details even when I renewed my insurance. Please take care of this

The app give off address of the owner. Which can be used by enemy, stalker , robber, rapists. You can ad any ones rc to your device . All you need is registration number and chasis number. The chasis number is easily available on APRTA website. Most of the vehicles are registered with AP. so if some stalker want to know the address of a girl in a car all he have to do is download this app and provide the chasis number of the car which can be acquired from APRTA website. My insurance details got updated, I tried refreshing the details but it did not work. reinstalled app and now not even able to login/ sign-up. After entering my login details when I press resend OTP,it does not do anything and sit idle. Tried sign up again and it keep saying enter correct mobile number, tried 10 digits, tried with 0 and +91 at the beginning(with and without space) no luck

It is a good initiate by Telangana RTA department. But unable to ADD DL FROM OTHER STATES. DL is valid across India.. If the data can be fetched from all over the India(Now can be fetched only from Telangana RTAs ) that helps a lot...

Added some Rc's and DL to this app And Used this app few times when a traffic police stoped for checking... he was quit impressed and said good ... very usefull.. no need to carry every docs in pocket wallet ...

No updates from insurance side.. It shows previous year.. Please add new icons for Pollution certificate n Heard that from today Aadhar too mandatory for police.. So, add Aadhar icon too.. So that in one app itself we can have all the required 5 doc's to show the police.. Thank you..

It's definitely a great step towards adapting technology by Govt of Telangana. I hope the insurance data is updated soon bcoz my RC shows insurance expired in 2015 whereas I have renewed for 2016. Please updat asap. Thanks n great job!

Very impressive and handy application. Well done, Telangana Transport Dept., however, it can be made better. It will be very useful if the app offers the option of downloading relevant information as a pdf file for offline display; in the current form, it appears that data/documents can be accessed only when online - and this can be an issue where connectivity is a problem. 4/2/2017 Offering a helpline number or feedback feature in the app will enhance its value. At this moment, the app is not responding to Login or Resend OTP options and has become practically useless, albeit maybe only temporarily.

I have updated with all the details before. I had to Uninstall once. I have re installed now. I don't remember the phone number which I gave. Not sure this phone number facility was there before. Now neither its allowing me to re register nor its taking my number not getting OTP . Any way we can have email reset? And sign in.

This app is very much useful.. No need to carry physical documents always.. There are few bugs.. Insurance is not up-to-date on RC, photo is not downloaded on licence etc.. It will be excellent app if these bugs are addressed.

Thanks for ur reply.. I cannot find any new updates... What should I do?...Hi... I am only able to view my old driving licence which is 2wheeler and I upgraded to 2+4 with new DL number. If I search with my current license number old one is displaying in app. What about my current DL...

It's indeed a very good app to start with. I see one major issue that the RC details shown are not up to date. Ex:I bought a bike frm a friend and got the ownership changed. But in the it still shows previous owner details.

When iam adding my driving license issued by Hyderabad central (CZ) zone app is not adding giving message no data, when iam checking with rta hyderabad in search my license is reflecting. What is this no proper maintain

Photo n sign missing in DL. I saw update on other comments that it was fixed but the issue still persist. Hope to see this super app with all bugs fixed..!! Until then, 4star.

My DL info is being pulled correctly but, the digital certificate downloaded doesn't have a picture of mine. I have 2 DL's one for 2 wheeler and other for car. None of them have a picture on the certificate. No picture no use for DL. I can use it only for RC...

The idea to devise such an app is commendable. AP CM who is regarded as hi-tech has to learn from KCR. Coming to the flaws. 1. My photo doesn't load on DL. 2. The documents do not show when offline. When you are stopped by RTA officials, if you are logged out of the app and dont have mobile net, you can't show the documents. So you have to log in and remain so forever if you want to access the documents when offline. Please see that the documents can be viewed even when offline.

The App is ok. I'm able to download my RC. But my DL is issued in 2001 and I'm not able to download it. It say details not found. Pls see that this App works for old docs also pls.

3rd added review. Observed that the App stopped while opening DL after logging out and Sign in again, updated it hoping issue gets fixed but RC disappeared from M-Wallet 2nd edited review App gets stopped frequently when I tried to open License details after few hours of installation, first gave a 5* rating now down rated it. Nice app, info regarding our vehicle insurance details is also available in database! Would be awesome if it also gets pollution details of our vehicle.
