About Mindful Reminders

Most people new to mindfulness will sit for a set period of formal meditation per day and enjoy the short-term feeling of calm and equanimity that arises. However, greater benefits come from incorporating mindfulness throughout the whole day, though it can be hard to remember to do so.
This app will help you remember to stay mindful throughout the day by allowing you to set reminders for yourself to stop what you're doing and remember to be present. Clicking on the reminder will open a random short meditation, allowing you to bring mindfulness to every aspect of your life.
