It seems to work fine as long as you are connected to the local Wi-Fi but has problems when accessing remotely.

I have a secure internet/WiFi service and the camera kept dropping internet signal making the camera very unreliable

Does what it should, although not very quick...tracking is very slow.

Sometimes it sees the camera and 10 does not , uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times and the problem still as is .

Ugh. Trendnet is becoming the new face of the definition of 'Disposable'. If your camera still works, but is a few years old, you WILL buy a new one. Even after spending way too much on the hardware, you need to purchase the software also! Sad

Works with many features missing eg patrol. Can't always connect on LTE. The user interface is cartoonist with poor use of the screen viewing area.

The push notification worked on my s4 Samsung but now it don't work on my s7. Not even on my lg tablet. Very upset. Camera SD cards don't work eithier

Need to add more old ip cameras and is crashes frequently.

I've got the 320 IP camera and it works very well. The trendnet pro software works well and record onto my Cloud Server perfectly. I just can't access the camera remotely and have tried everything but I'll keep trying

What a disgrace. Who is responsible for testing this? Crashes constantly! And frequently 'connection failed with cloud service' even though I have perfect Fiber Optic internet. Also freezes so much. And why does the date on the camera say 1/1/2015? You have the date from the app and the cloud. Also motion sending is "on" but doesn't seem to work. Why does nobody test their products anymore?

You support are bullshits! I bought the product and cannot use it as I forgot my username and password for my tv-ip743SIC to login. I reset the device and it is not working. There is also no way for me to retrieve my password etc! A useless product do not ever buy this! I contacted your support and got no response, nothing! 0/5!!!!!!!

Generally works well and allows me to zoom in on the view. Only problem is I can't close it. Hit the BACK key and it goes to the camera selection screen, then gets lost. I have to close it with an app killer and reopen next time I want to view. Good color and clear picture.

App keeps shutting off on me every night, when I need it the most! I use it to watch my 1 yr old son at night while he is in his room and I'm in mine. Dont buy this crap!!!!

If camera is lagging / not refreshing, try rebooting the camera itself. Worked for me

The cameras themselves work fine, decent picture, but there is a significant delay between the audio and video (audio has about a 2 second delay). I know it's not my hardware or connection as I have fairly new and good equipment.

Perhaps they updated the app or the people here with problems are using cameras with the old firmware, but I'm working great and having no problems at all!

Slow slow slow....erratic picture quality. I have super high speed internet...4G phone and still sucks.

The mobile app is absolutely useless.If I open it 100 times I might get to see the feed once, sent the system log report so many times...no use. The camera is super slow that it hardly captures any movement of any person. I only get to see blank images in emails even if a person had walked past the camera, only if you stay in front of the camera for more than 5 secs and wave your hand you might get an image of the person, so this camera is never going to take a snap of any burglars as they will not pose.

Connection failed with cloud service. I got this error message when I want to use the app. At random times I have successful connection but mostly cannot use the app.

Product description sounded good, although completely fails when put to the test. Poor app, always crashes, laggy even through the wifi. Should have gone with my gut instinct and gone with a better known market leader.

I can view the scene of the camera with this app from as far as half of a globe away(the other side of the earth). Thanks for your effort Trendnet Team. The app crashes sometimes but more often it's working great. Haven't done the firmware update yet as I lost the cable but still no problems. Great quality video!

It doesn't pan around, is very slow even with 4G, poor picture quality, won't record at all.

Works great performs flawlessly on my HTC One. My mobile data runs at about 2.2 mbps and that seems to be fast enough for this app to work really well.

I wish the viewer weren't embedded in the application. It would nice to give access via Web without login credentials.

Firmware update 1.03.03 killed my access to TV-IP751WC on my two TV-IP751WC cameras. I can no longer access them with my android app, even after I reinstalled the app and reflashed my cameras. I can access them from a computer but not through the app. Ticket opened.

TrendNet quality is evident in cameras and software.

I was having difficulty with the connection at first, it was constantly giving me error codes and really laggy. I tried adjusting the antenna and moved my wireless router into a more open area and now it works great!! Very clear image and sound, even at night. Used on my Samsung S6 and tablet. Love it.

This app looks like it was designed by a 5 year old, come on guys, it's 2016, hire some ui/ux experts and make this a real app...

Worst app ever. Do not install or buy any trendnet product. Waste of money. This app never works. Every time I have to do camera rest in order for the app to work and once it works then it stops working again. Even if the camera is connected to cloud still the app doesn't work. Also trendnet cloud is very bad and down most of the time.

Would love for it to stay open at night to use as monitor on my phone. The email set up is complicated to set up as user name and password needed are confusing and we can't get the email to send.

App looks horribly dated. Have to clear app data every time I want to view cameras and re add all cameras to avoid crashing at the launch.

The first version I downloaded in 2014 works. The upgrade in March 2015 doesn't work. The latest upgrade still doesn't work. Per trendnet website I updated firmware of the camera. But it still doesn't work. I have to give one star in order to have the comment, it actually does not worth ant star. Junk. Hope trendnet can address this quickly. Shall use commonly used phones for test, not only HTC phones.
