Awesome app

The app was amazing. Had utilized their services for Thailand trip(phuket and krabi). The team(wizards as they like to be called) know the places inside out. The suggestions were in accord with our taste and preferences. All the arrangements made by Ithaka were just perfect. We had a great time during the trip. These guys and the app were beyond expectations. Keep rocking! Cheers!

First I thought it's an app by Thailand/ Indonesia government so I downloaded it but hey it's by Indians and it's really THE best. It gives you confidence about the place. If Such service is provided for Indian tourists they will increase by a zillion times!

Amazing experience. The travel wizards are really helpful. Getting a glimpse of the places with some accurate pictures and description gives you great perspective. You get to know some offbeat places as well. I didn't have to worry about places to go while on trip because they already helped me build a solid itinerary. Some areas of improvement: the chat window is very slow and hangs very often like. No option to transfer multiple files at once on chat.

Loved it, there suggestions had made my trip to bali more amazing and completely worth. I would like to thank kriti especially for chatting me a lot for hours and helping me in selecting places according to my taste. Thanks a lot ithaka.

UI is really simple for users. The pricing of plans in Ithaka needs to competitive with the local trip planners. I had difference of close to 2000THB. But the support team is fantastic.

5 stars is less. I was going to right a kick-ass awesome review for these wonderful team but I will keep it simple as I don't want to oversell. Planning a trip to Bali without checking out with these guys n gals is a crime,period. I planned my honeymoon in Bali with ithaka and it was epic and wonderful.i didn't want to go with the pre-planned tours given out by so many tour operators which are Common and less flexible. My friend suggested to give ithaka a try. I was skeptical but once i got thru the sparrow(amazing) understanding the country and the places, the true stars of ithaka waited me. I m not partial

Interesting concept, but feels low tech (u actually talk to someone). Gives it a very distinct personal touch tho. More user control would be better imo.

Actually this is not self service trip planner. You are chatting live and they response manually. But overall, nice tips for my trip, fast response, beautiful UI
