They send the number an reference instead of a call back apology when I'm the one been stuck in the middle no where I can't believe the bus company are getting away with this especially when where the ones who pay for them an the fact they tell me to do this online in bad manner way so I'm not please with they way work I just hope some else will give them a hard for I care if they did get it !!!!!!!! Shame on your bus company!!!! Not to imagine I've been harrased on the buss by two girls on the T70 buss

This app is great. For years I have complained about busses not showing up via Twitter, and received no response or any action, despite transport NSW having a strong social media presence. Now I have the same ability to complain - yet as it's not on Twitter no one knows. Soon the joy of the #cityfail hash tag will no longer be a permanent presence in Google's search results. This app will reduce social media complaints by at least 30% - far more cost effective than fixing the actual problems.
Easy to use and user friendly
Great idea for passing on constructive feedback and allowing to attach photos is a great idea too.

Well, it's the end of March now. Lodged a complaint in the beginning of January, no response yet. Lodged another one several weeks ago, same situation. Looks like no one from Transport NSW is monitoring the complaints submitted or they don't care how we think.
