Very inefficient and terrible in almost all aspects: can't cancel/check status if booking by sms is in progress, cannot follow where driver is, maps are terrible and GPS is horrible. I type in a address yet the drivers get a different address.

Drivers who responded to me were far from my location and I had to wait longer time in comparison to calling especially i live near a mall and always taxies are responding very quickly but only with calls not with app.

Useless application. Why there's map if they (drivers)don't use it all. Every time need to say my location which they have no idea though I wrote it in application.Agh!all the time the missed calls.Doesn't company provides the money to call to customers?Annoying!

Dont know why the app need to access contacts and media files. Is it a legitimate app?

Taxis that were booked ended up being far from the destination. Taxis were booked 20-30 min after the booking request was sent.

Always no taxi available message is received after the booking time for advance booking

Yes, I tried it while on wifi and my data, still won't open. ---------------------------------------------------- Hello, I am using an Android, Huawei. ---------------------------------- Really useless app, I think the only benefit is if you run out of credit this MIGHT work. You still have to explain your location to the drivers. Glitches out all the time. It takes on average 20 minutes before securing a booking. It only lets you book ONE taxi every 15 minutes, so if you book a taxi and the driver cancels, you must wait 15 minutes before booking another one.

I think you need to cancel this app useless the driver dosent see the location map

I booked a cab and there was absolutely no confirmation whatsoever. Eventually there was no cab. I called their service centre as well to book a cab twice, and both the times the operator said we can't confirm, the driver has to call. Well why run a service centre when you can't even confirm a booking?! It's very frustrating! I ended up not getting a single call and going to work by myself.

Sooo bad!! Why isnt the gps working with the drivers?? Its giving me location of cab and he is still calling me for directions, (consider me an expact and i am new to the city how would i explain to him my location).. and once i asked him to check his gps he said he havnt got one.. what a disgrace for a local goverment owned company when they launch a service and its not working properly. Now i understand why UBER is banned .

The whole Idea is to not talk to the driver and set a pickup location and destination. I don't like to describe my location over the phone. Uber is way better in this regards. I heard you guys had them banned, so you should improve your services to justify that.

Great app but they have stupid drivers who have no clue where to come. Even the address on thier mini screens. You need always to call driver and again tell them address. Sometimes you need to call from than once

Very nice app idea but it doesn't work! Drive doesn't get the GPS point, he will only misscall u and u have to call him to describe the pickup location

Taxi drivers dont know the place and keep asking and u r the one to call them. Wasting time!! They should use GBS and directly it should lead u to the place but nooooo

It gave the driver totally different place to where I was actually located. The taxi had to call me so he can get the right directions.

The app takes ages to order a cab. It's a lot faster to call one than to order one from this horribly buggy and slow application. I hope they patch it up soon.

If the driver does not get the map location what is the point of dropping a pin? Very frustrating to have to explain directions over and over

Even worse are the drivers. Most stupid and clueless on driving she directions. Uber & Careem much better

Time to time the app books 2 taxies instead of one. Plus regularly gives errors during the booking. Does not work at all during peak hours

Drivers always saying they have a longer wait time than the message I receive. Have emailed complaints and get no feedback.

It didn't work for me, kept loading booking screen for minutes and no response back. It should show available taxis in the area like uber.

Fix it please, doesn't work and just keeps searching for hours until I just click cancel.

Has improved a lot and helps you track your booked taxi until it reaches you

Does your taxi has a GPS ! You mean the driver can come to my place without asking for my assistance. Update your GPS system for drivers first .. This is my humble request.
