Everytime when entering my correct credentials, it shows me "invalid user name or password" however credentials working fine over the browser..

Myself Dr.Dinesh Chauhan(m.s. Orthopedics) , having private hospital(Yash Hospital, rajkot) practicing orthopedics for last 22 years. My hospital is registered with Cashless scheme for almost all the insurance companies. Just 5 days back I have admitted one of my colleague(m.s. Ophthalmology) having Acute cervical PID. She needs indoor treatment in form of cervical collar, strict bed rest and intravenous analgesics, steroid and muscle relaxants. She had medical insurance(TPA) of E MEDITEK, NEW INDIA INSU
Very poor medical insurance company.... They are not keeping any medical faculty for processing claim.... Means they are trying to reject each and every claim....
Does not give option or instructions to create login
Waste. Check internet connection always even on wifi

Worst app.Drop down does not work in lot of cases. As a mediclaim provider also don't go for it as they feel they are doing you an favour by accepting your claim.Get every detail customized in hospital bill. They just need an excuse for rejecting your claim. Worst customer care ever.Dont expect any reply on mail.It takes around 20-25 mins getting them over call all the time and then guess what they will disconnect the call putting you on hold! If this is the treatment one get being an corporate client i wonder what service they provide to an individual client.
